The Hideaway at Orchid Nirvana

The place I booked was with a bathtub I had paid extra for this facility but the bathtub was not functional . No electricity or hot water during my stay . Dusty rooms and toiletries . Bathroom fixtures were broken . Used bedsheets .

Lovely property, quiet place. One can cook basic stuff in the provided kitchen or order food online, the property in itself is beautiful with lovely wood and glass work.

Average stay experience. Though the location is great property needs quite a bit of maintenance including door locks, wooden panels and bathroom fixtures. Thorough cleaning is needed as well as the floors were quite sticky. Food needs to be ordered and would take no less than 50 mins to arrive with limited options nearby. Cannot cook anything as only a microwave was provided. Atleast a TV could have been provided.

A good stay with beautiful view of the nature, but needs a bit of improvement in maintenance! overall a good experience.

Location awesome. Other things: no shops near by, club house is nice but expensive. The staff is helpful though.

This is a villa in a gated community. No service available. Log structure is nice but very small and with bare minimum furnishing. No tv, no kitchenette sink, small bathroom, dirty utensils. Place to party (max four people) and enjoy xxx

I like the place, but they were not in any maintenance. *utensils were used, dirty and kept like that. * the closet was messy and full of things. *the water heater and bathtub shower was not working properly. * tea and coffee also is not available until we ask for it. * pool facilities are also not available.

We had booked the stay at orchid nirvana to celebrate a special occasion. As soon we reached the place, we realised there were lot of issues. Issues: 1) wifi not working (after multiple back and forth with property owner as well, the message displayed was 'connection has not recharged) 2) unavailability of water in the entire property 3) ants everywhere on the wooden walls 4) doors were not locking properly and even if it did was not possible to open from the inside 5) property owner was unaware of any of the above issues when i inquired. Deeply disappointed as we just could not celebrate the special occasion for which we had booked the stay. I require a full refund

Although the wooden architecture of the house gives a cozy vibes, it’s definitely not a great place during hot summer! this property has no ac and no mosquito mesh windows as well. Which makes the place even hotter, since you cannot keep the windows open during evening for ventilation. Overall a good place to hangout.

Loved everything the property, it's location, it's surrounding and the furniture and the things in the house. The property has a clubhouse and they provide really good food. The only bad thing is the bathroom, the bathtub never fills as there is a leak, they keeps stopping and starting in all other pipes, there is a leak in hand shower used for toilet and also you cant stand and take a bath due small pipe of bathtub. However rest of the house has very good vibe and many places to chill. Wish the owner kept some things for us to like instant tea or coffee products for us to prepare them with kettle he has provided
