Super Townhouse Oak AECS Layout Brookfield

Stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional — if you ask for anything, they simply refuse and even say you can complain or write a review if you want. Especially for couples, I would highly not recommend this hotel. The management seriously needs to improve their customer service and attitude toward guests. They didn't even allow my guest to visit me in my room and spend time together. No clean glass, when raised concerns they argued it is clean only. it had fingerprints and dirt all around which was easily visible under light which we showed them also but in vain. had to then wash it by my self before usage. Terrible experience.. pls think before you book

The property was good but the reception staff was not at all good, facilities were ok ok Location wise it's good Onething is our key card used to always get deactivated everyday and we need to go to reception and make it active I feel this was not appropriate

The stair was fantastic and the room is very neat. Clean worth for money and staff were good. There was enough parking facilities. What I have to say, Sir words for money and it is new in condition new building.

Room was big enough for all of us and kids felt safe here. Staff answered all our questions and made us feel welcome.
