No proper amenities, no maintenance, pillow cover, bedsheets beds are all dirty with black patches everywhere. Bathroom is dirty not cleaned wash basin also dirty and black, no water in flush tank, no water and no electricity back up. Lot of garbage lying in the front. People boozing in the front of reception, reception shabby. I had to run to reception several times to rectify the problems. Tv is present, no channels. Just reusing the room guests after guest. Terrible experience overall

It was good stay. There were no complementary breakfast in the hotel. But it was included in the pnr

Actually this is not a premier hotel. It's a basic boarding facility. The rooms were having single small 9w bulb. No provision for hot water in half of the rooms. Room service was terrible. They provide a single towel in room for three guests. No facility for electric kettle. Rooms were smelling with moisture. Bedsheet and blankets were torn. Airconditioner drain was coming inside the room. Fan was also not working. This type of very inferior quality of property ruined our joy of travel. The reality of place is absolutely not matching with images. No sign board of hotel was there. It is difficult to locate for our seasoned driver also. It's a matter of quite disappointment that we felt that we had financial loss inspite of booking. Not recommended for stay. Big zero out of 5. We demand for refund of hotel charges for this stay in coorg.
