the hotel won't provide gst bill and the rooms are also not clean the hotel manager will not listen to customers he will say only his part ....worst experience ever corporate employees never book from here

The location of the property is Good, Service is good. Charges are high to some extent. The Response from the reception was instant. Housekeeping is good. Staff are cooperative . Overall experience in the hotel was good.

The location is good and otherwise the worst maintenance and very poor room service. AC was not working and never had this kind of worst services.

Not satisfied with the room and hygine, bad smell in washroom. While check in hotel staff said breackfast timing 8:30 to 9:30, i have went 9am for breackfast they are simply saying breackfast finished

The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness. They lack proper parking facilities and rely on valet parking, which i found disappointing. The valet staff parks vehicles on a highway road 300-400 meters away from the hotel. During my four-day stay, they repeatedly asked for money to park and retrieve my car, which felt unprofessional. At one point, they even suggested i take the keys and retrieve the car myself if i didn’t pay. This would only be acceptable if proper parking were available near the hotel, not on distant highway roads. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

Decent to good rooms! value for money amenities. Great location in terms of transport and restaurants. Greatest tea shop near by. The malnadu kitchen for lunch and dinner services is awesome. Complementary breakfast is just an eyes washer- not to expect much and poor one person service.

Staying hygiene is good. Hotel is neat and clean, housekeeping boys are good. Basic eminities were available. As i checked in late night around 11 am, couldn't get dinner. Hence had to order from outside.

The ac was not working couldn’t sleep the whole night. And made me wait for long time for the room

room was designed well and at beautiful location. i enjoyed my stay there with my family. The view was soo beatiful and atmosphere was very welcoming.

I will be book room and other benefits like food not provided, in booking time he mentioned food to pay extra money so i will select also food options but after booking check in time he told no food.

Very nice hospitality in out side city and we have a wonderful stay with amicable all facilities in the hotel and more over we enjoyed tasted food and we thank to makeMyTrip 🙏

Same breakfast menu for 4 days. Property is using local cable operator for tv and most of the time it doesn’t have signal. Wi-fi is weak. Mini bar/fridge not available. Management won’t change the complementary water bottle with the cold one even after requesting. Budget friendly restaurants are not available for at least 2 km around the property. Restaurant in the hotel needs at least 700 per meal. Not suitable for buisness travellers. Wake up call for early morning check out also not available
