worst experience ever, we felt so unsafe at the property, there were just 3 guests in the whole palace including us (2 ) and the other person who checked in was also drunk. we felt so unsafe as there was no staff available after 7 o clock in the property there are just 2 watchmen's and 2 room service staff. and there was a power cut around 8:30 and they were not able to identify the problem or neither fix it and instead asking us to move to another room or offering us a better room, I don't understand how can the hotel entrence have the power supply and also 2 rooms on the ground floor and the rest of the building was facing power cut. as soon as they say the power issue has got fixed there is a power cut again in next 2 mins. there were 2 people sitting in the reception during the check in process but after 7:30 or 8 in the night there were no one to contact in the reception, one watchman says they are on leave they left, the other house keeping person says they went for dinner but they never returned. None of the contact numbers provided during the booking are working. we were really scared and left the place immediately. we just stayed from 3pm -7pm in the property, felt unsafe and left. The maintenance of the property is also very bad there are lizards everywhere and stray dogs also inside the property and very discomforting staff. As we hardly stayed in the property for 4 hrs only I hope you understand our fear and I would wish for a 50% refund atleast as it is so unfair for charging for this service. I request for the refund and all the claims above are genuine you can crosscheck with the other person who checked in on 7 oct 2025 andwhom we spoke about our concern during the power cut on the same day

room had just one working light, wifi not working, i booked with breakfast and dinner opton but no food options available. either you get thali daily or nothing.. we had to order from swiggy or zomato, only thing good was room service of Mr ishaq

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the ambience is also good. Had a good overall experience

Property was good and we had a good stay, Rajasthani thali is a must try and we have enjoyed peaceful stay

The food was good , I asked for a tv service and did not get a response from anyone ,wifi not working and events are not authorised correctly

Large property with multiple buildings to conduct big events. Variety of living accommodations. In general property needs an uplifting of rooms and other amenities. Otherwise it's prime location is very advantageous.

Great customer service. There is a great deal of renovation happening at the property. The resort is trying it's best to become a high quality / luxury resort that caters to weddings/ banquet halls. Majority of the rooms at the Singhana Haveli have been updated. The dine in restaurant on the second level serves cuisines from different parts of India. The restaurant on the lower level serves Rajasthani style thalis in Chowki style. Both the restaurants serve delicious food. The puppet show, Jhumar dance and the magic show are entertaining. There is also a decent playzone for the kids. There are a few things that the resort needs to improve upon.. The pond/ water body that is used for boating needs to be cleaned up. There needs to a larger spread of items for the breakfast menu. The house keeping staff at the hotel are very efficient and attend to the request of the customers in a timely manner. The resort has the potential to become a top choice for weddings/ banquet halls in the near future given the extensive amount of updates/ renovation the resort mangement has decided to carry out.

Place was fine but definitely not the worth of what we have spent.

no room dervice... not even a phone in the room to contact reception. Breakfast and dinner was included in package., they will provide menu card but nothing is available. swimming pool is just for namesake, entry is not allowed. property has become old and thier is no maintenance. Far away from city... It is suitable only for marriage function.

Singhana haveli stay review. Basically it is mix of resort+ banquet ground. Rooms are plenty but ordinary. Limited staff. No intercom facility. Very basic inventory that too on request. Very few guests. 2-3 at a time. No ala carta. Only rajasthan thali for dinner.

Awesome experience, best place to visit, hotel staff are so kind and humble, must visit place, don’t miss it.

The place is not neatly maintained, it looks like a complete off season. Sweeming pool not working, looks like a gutter. Waste of money, i paid 4500- without any breakfast or dinner. Please don't come to this place. Complete waste of money. Hello
