Terrible Stay

I booked the hotel considering it looked well maintained in the pics, however, it was the exact opposite. The rooms were not cleaned, the mats were not changed and wet. The water from the bathroom leaks towards the room. They do not provide soap, towel or any bare minimum of daily utilities. I have never been to a hotel that is so unresponsive towards requests for such urgent requirements. If you're expecting to arrive at the place in the middle of the night then you would need to wait till morning to go out and buy the utilities needed they won't provide even if a request is raised. Also, the location shown in the google map is incorrect we have to run around quite a bit to figure out the exact position of the building. The cleaners open the room without notifying the occupant and throw items that they consider as trash without consulting. All in all I would say if you're expecting a good stay look for a service based hotel.
