Staff ok but room full of flies and insects

familyThe staff behaviour was ok but the room had several small insects and flies. There was no geyser although geyser was mentioned in the mm t hotel details. There was no landline phone. Although location is good. Would never stay in this hotel again.

businessWhen my sun reached hotel in night to check in, they opened the gate in 2 hours. When we check in they took 500 rupees extra saying to pay more. My sun paid and then checked in.

They kept all id card for all my family member upto check out and they not return to me so i suffered and i went to airport and back to hotel and collected the document so, for this i not liked this hotel
