The telephone was too far from the bed. Despite calling three times without receiving a response, the housekeeping staff entered the room and opened the door, asking ‘Hello sir, are you there?’ The room did not have a menu available, and there was dust inside the bed. Although our check-in time was 2:00 PM, I arrived at 4:30 PM and the room was still not ready, making me wait for 30–40 minutes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The interiors are beautifully designed, giving a very premium and comfortable feel. Room 201 where I stayed had low ceiling also the commode is fixed in a way that a person of average height can’t keep his legs on both sides of commode. Mindless designing. 2.Not bothered where would one keep soaps and shampoo while bathing. No racks or selves to place them. They are not bothered. 3.Vegetarian dining.
