Opal Club - Ahmedabad

In wash room and room there are cockroach and not kitchen service. Amenities also ok ok also no happy this hotel

No tv working. No communication. No clean. Very bed felling.

Service was good, nice to stay, good location

No services. No proper sanitisation & cleanness. Even basic food facilities also not available. Set top box not charged.

Hotel photo very good but hotel is not good bathroom is not clean and overall i don’t like.

Even though, booking was confirmed, they have denied the same. After so many arguments they have confirmed the booking but saying that they will provide hot water in buckets only as the geyser was not working. Food was not included in the package.

Although the rooms and washrooms are clean, the other facilities are not up to the mark. There is no in-house restaurant and the entrance is also not that much attractive. We went there on festivalls but still, there was no crowd.

The employees working there don't even know how to use a computer, at 6:30 in the morning a carpenter was doing his job and making terrible noise

Stay in the opal club had a terrible experience. No clean rooms, no food, no hot water, no basic provisions, no wifi, no tv, dirty smelling rooms.

I already complain make my trip but no answer

No hygiene at all. The room was stinking. Very old property with zero maintenance. The actual name of the property is cambay. There id no property name ope l club.

Everything was so poor food, service

Hotel have very bad servies, even they will not gave a cup of tea. Room looks very bad in condition.

Room was not good, flooring was not proper it was opened from everywhere. Towel and other amenities were not provided. Staff wasn’t co operative

No lights no lift no secuirity there is no one to tell its a fraud hotel.

There was not a single service provided by opal club except giving me the room key. No kitchen service, no room service, the gym was in very poor condition, and there was no hospitality. It was very poor and terrible experience.

Mm t please check hotel before listing. This is not hotel

It is best place to stay and atmosphere, food is soo good
