The Hotel is pure vegetarian however they allow you to order non veg food from outside. The facilities were under renovation so could not access them. Distance from airport is reasonable.

This is a poor hotel experience, failing on multiple customer service fronts. The hotel's reception gave an unhelpful response to the early check-in request and a welcome drink was not provided. Additionally, the room had serious issues: the AC was not working, the incorrect food order was delivered, the food price did not match the quality and taste, essential items like a comb were missing, and the king-size bed was made of two joined mattresses, not a single one. Overall, a failure of hospitality It is clear that this hotel fails to prioritize basic guest comfort and service. The combination of an unwelcoming reception, an uncomfortable room with a broken AC, botched room service, and missing amenities made for a very poor and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. Due to the cumulative effect of all these problems, a full refund should be issued. The hotel's poor service and failure to provide the expected amenities and services negatively impacted the stay.

Oh yes i genuanlly like all over property food was 10 out of 10 amazing i m on my fasting period and there are no any option in food for fast i personally request for farali food and they make for me and this was amazing . The hotel staff was very welcoming right from front office team, F&B staff as well the house keeping. Also, the food is just amazing!|As per my perception, this hotel is better than any other five star hotel . |Also, it is very economical

Degrading Quality and Sanitary Issues

The Cleanliness is degrading, everywhere you can see dirt and feel it. Near Fan, on Tables, Below the Bed you could literally see food laying there. The Blankets had so many stains on them, Pillows were all yellow and when I entered the room there was a light bad smell in the room. Even the Balcony Glasses and Handles were greasy. I have stayed in hillock from start but now I see the quality degrading. The Food were all Served cold and same items were served differently The Cleanliness is degrading, everywhere you can see dirt and feel it. I booked online, which was convenient, but the check-in time was very long. There were issues with both check-in and check-out, as there was no fast option available. Additionally, the room had a strong odor of smoke, and there was no bathrobe available in the room. Overall, the service this time was not up to par.

Location was good. Hotel parking staff has an average attitude which was disturbing for me as i had to deal with them a lot while i was at entrance. Rooms are absolute beauty(just like an english garden). Food is absolutely delicious and tastes like little drops of heaven.
