1. As mentioned in makemytrip we should have got access to board games but we were asked to first take per day membership of Rs 750 per person and pay additional for board games, bowling. We were ok paying for the games but not the membership which wasn't mentioned in mmt. 2. Cafe Belvedere recieved credit for 3 payments for the same amount. Initially 2 payments were declined and hence we paid via Google pay. But after 2 days the declined amounts were also debited. We had to call and send an official complaint. There was no proactive call since they had recieved excess amount of 24K. Didn't expect such kind of service after paying almost a lakh for 4 rooms, a 2 day trip.

Amazing Club Resort with multiple activitie

Rooms are very spacious, swimming pool was neat and well maintained, kids play room is very much useful with board games indoor slides and play area, bowling alley was pack due to weekend and holiday as we travelled on janmastami. Food was also very good had variety of meal for the morning buffet, in room dining could have been better, Mr. Bhavesh Mehta from Cafe Belvedere was very helpful during breakfast. Overall it was nice and pleasant weekend trip but it could have been better if they would increase check out time from 10:00 in the morning to 11:30 or may be 12:00 in the noon. Check out at 10:00 makes you do everything in the rush from waking up to having a shower and also breakfast and if you are on holiday you dont want to rush into anything.

GLITCH

All was good but due to some glitches between ur platform and property policy had to face some problem during check-in. Ur platform was showinng or considering kids upto 17, and as per propert rules ot was considered as an ADULT!! my booking was for 3 adult and 1 kid (17) with BF. But on check-in was asked to pay xtra for the kid 17 considering him as adult. Finaly was allowed but without an extra bed and no bfast was allowed
