Hotel Sun Shine

There is no wifi arrangement and availability at sunshine restaurant and moreover the staff of the restaurant were more arrogant not at all cooperative. Team, i didn't keep any photographs of the sunshine hotel. There is no cleaning at toilet and even bedroom also.

The Hotel looks nothing like shown in the picture. and everything is so dirty. please don't waste your money

Hotel staff is very bad because of roughly talk and demand for a tip.

Convenient location, near science city, options for food near by. Staff is polite. Cleaning of sheets, bathroom is required

It was very bad, the washroom was very bad, it’s not clean don’t have basic facilities. And we have booked the hotel with breakfast, the person told you have booked so the food will come online. And he refused to gives us the breakfast

Worst hotel for stay. Unprofessional staff, no proper uniform for staff, no manners. Owners and his friends having open party in room, smoking. Zero hygiene in room, bathroom and hall. No allocated parking, need to park car on road. Dirty bathroom and towels provided. Tape water filled into mineral water bottle and provided to customer.

No cleanliness, very hard water, geyser not working, no restaurant, dth doesn’t work. Breakfast is a plate of poha brought from street side eateries. Very small rooms. A strict no for this hotel.

Seeing the hotel in actual, we didn't stay here. Very bad condition. Stair case is filled with toilet water. Pathetic. We have requested for refund since 10th septa we had to wait for 3 hours standing outside hotel, but no resolution made by makemytrip.

The moment we opened the door, i could easily spot lizards, cockroaches, and a lot of flies.

Not satisfied very poor maintenance

Hotel management is poor. I confirm my room booking by online but the same room is allocated to other. We go to other room and at second day we again tranfer to hotel. And there is so much difficulty for me.

I got a notifications from make my trip about my check in and check out time, but they informing us before 2 hours, even 3/4 times, so i think they should be aware about this. Other wise everything was good.

Not got my booked room and suffered lot

Cleanliness was poor also room with 3 bed was provided for one person.

Good location, co operative staff with helping nature

I travelled as solo traveler and stayed here for 1 night. Hotel's location is very good and easily approachable. Staff behaviour is good and rooms are spacious. Rooms lack bit of cleanness and some basic amenities (I. 3. Drinking water and hot bathwater), but on request to staff they have supplied it. Overall good experience and I will recommend this hotel for economical stays.

I told them to clean the room but when I came back from hospital it was as it is. No privacy. Really terrible.
