Room was really good and even room service was good

Good stay. Clean rooms, hygienic. A nice locallity as well multiple malls, DMart, etc nearby present as well.

Room was untidy, pillow covers were torn bed sheet was also dirty and towels are also torn. No mineral water available, such a small room and charged high prices ac to room. Foul bad smell comes from bathroom even after cleaning.

Good service, good rooms. I enjoyed my stay there. Good hotel at this price. Impressive staff, good behaviour. Good location.

Poorly customer service, ac rooms where not working, the hotel address is not updated which caused us a lot of trouble to find the location.

the room was unhygienic, bathroom tabs were not working properly, and I had a very bad experience overall, there were cigarate buds all over the place

Cockroaches, leaky basin, showers not working properly, unclean rooms. Staff sleeps on hotel reception area during night which blocks the way to room

There are no pros for this hotel. Lisitng cons: 1. The hotel is located on 6th and 7th floor. However, when you want to go down from 7th floor. The lift does not come to the 7th floor. My father walks with the help of a stick and this was challenging for us. 2. Hotel rooms were dirty. Water leakage was there. 3. Electric geyser was not working. 4. Breakfast was denied to be served. I had to download brouchre to claim it. 5. Tv tata sky recharge was not done. 6. Their rooms are completely different then they are shown in images. Water leakage is everywhere. 7. Mostly couples were spotted for obvious reason so not a family hotel.

We selected 2 rooms but at starting only given one room for 5members and then bed-sheets where not changed. Really very very bad service

The location of the hotel is though i little far but the rooms are well maintained and clean, with all hygiene taken care of, also the staff is very polite and understanding.

The rooms need some maintenance the colour are coming out. Bathroom taps are not functioning smoothly. The staff are very supportive and helpful.

Housekeeping is unprofessional.

The room was not properly cleaned. The bedsheets and quilt were dirty and teared. There were hairs on the bed. There were stains on the bedsheet and pillow cover. The bathroom tabs are broken.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL WITH BREAKFAST. They don’t serve any breakfast, It’s their tack to get some more bucks from your booking. apart from that ROOM : 3/5, Location: 3/5, Food: 0/5, Safety : 1/5. Cleanliness : 2/5. I stayed there for 3 nights as solo traveller. I had a very bad experience. Firstly the receptionist don’t know anything about your bookings. I had included breakfast and they were not aware of that. I had go down and ask for it. Even after that they don’t have any breakfast options available, you will just get third class Poha and butter bread every morning. They don’t care about your experience instead they will argue that “Yaha p aysa hi h. lena h toh lo else bahar Jaa ke khaa lo”. I would say if you just want to stay for a night n have a low budget then only go for this else look for some other option.
