It was very bad experience last yesterday. I didn’t get room even after i do book the room n paid . My guest was too waited like there is nonhope for room

best time ever
Oh yes i genuanlly like all over property food was 10 out of 10 amazing i m on my fasting period and there are no any option in food for fast i personally request for farali food and they make for me and this was amazing . The hotel staff was very welcoming right from front office team, F&B staff as well the house keeping. Also, the food is just amazing!|As per my perception, this hotel is better than any other five star hotel . |Also, it is very economical

Degrading Quality and Sanitary Issues
The Cleanliness is degrading, everywhere you can see dirt and feel it. Near Fan, on Tables, Below the Bed you could literally see food laying there. The Blankets had so many stains on them, Pillows were all yellow and when I entered the room there was a light bad smell in the room. Even the Balcony Glasses and Handles were greasy. I have stayed in hillock from start but now I see the quality degrading. The Food were all Served cold and same items were served differently The Cleanliness is degrading, everywhere you can see dirt and feel it. Room issue
I booked online, which was convenient, but the check-in time was very long. There were issues with both check-in and check-out, as there was no fast option available. Additionally, the room had a strong odor of smoke, and there was no bathrobe available in the room. Overall, the service this time was not up to par.

Excellent Stay
Stayed there for a night due to business meetings. Location is convinient and good food. Would prefer to stay there again in future if j would be travelling for the business meeting again

Average Stay
Location was good. Hotel parking staff has an average attitude which was disturbing for me as i had to deal with them a lot while i was at entrance. Rooms are absolute beauty(just like an english garden). Food is absolutely delicious and tastes like little drops of heaven.

It was a wonderful stay. Had booked for my mother's birthday. The aesthetics of the hotel, spacious rooms, food, warm staff.. everything was just so good! I wished if only I could stay for a few more days.
