This manager is not cooperative waiting on 30 minutes reception

The view of the Sabarmati river was pleasing. The room was good, clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous.

1) room was with lots of noise and was not able to sleep all night, next day they changed the room. 2) washroom was not as shown in the images and need to be repaired. 3) TV was not working. They tried for 2 to 3 times but was unable to run it.

Very bad experience. The bed linen were stained not washed and sweat smell from the pillow covers. Bathroom linen doesn’t seemed to be washed and yellow stains. The bathroom sink was leaking so badly. Not a good choice we made and the money wasted.

I celebrated Independence Day there when I stayed, and the staff made me feel like family. Truly memorable experience, highly recommended!

Very Poor Service. Foul smell was constant in the room. Not at all good experience. Staffs was not very professional. They maintain manual register in today's generation. Very pathetic. Washroom door lock was broken. A very bad experience.

we checked in at 9 pm for few Hrs I was given River view room by Receptionist Mr Amin . but no Welcome Drink & Chefs Amenities given to us , I have remained couple of times. both things were included in my Room Rate. I have told Same thing to F&B Manager Mr Shankar also. nothing happened. Dinner was included in our Package it had limited choices. couple of Dessert items were missing. packed Breakfast was good . Hotel was good, staff behaviour was good, food was delicious, location of hotel connects all major area of the city. Swimming pool was very dirty. Rest is ok.

Poorly maintained rooms, washrooms. Had to get stained bedsheets changed . Floors weren’t properly maintained

It was overnight stay. The room was spacious and just opposite the hotel there was a good south indian vegetarian restaurant.

It was an excellent experience with good food and a good location The staff is very helpful Sagar and Vishal as well.

Never ever flight is on time i have too around 8 hours i will never choose this flight again. Book again

I stayed in Room 303. While the hotel's exterior appeared neat and clean, the experience inside was far from satisfactory. The bathroom had drainage issues, and the room floor looked unfinished—as if under renovation. Shockingly, the manager claimed this was one of their best rooms. Basic services were frustrating; calling reception for water redirected me to the restaurant, which charged an absurd ₹159 for a 1-litre bottle. Overall, a disappointing stay. I strongly recommend visiting the room in person before booking.
