The room shown in the pictures on MakeMyTrip was not the one we were provided. We informed them about the early check-in and late check-out, yet the staff gave inconsistent charges and behaved rudely. Moreover, they refused to provide a receipt for the cash payment made.

I stayed at Hotel Volga and my stay there was pretty bad. The room smelled really bad and the washroom was not clean. This hotel is 26years old and clearly in need of repairs but the hotel management just doesn’t care I think. Moreover they didn’t even offer a bottle of water , they charged me for that. The location is alright but when I reached here which was at the night, I saw people just staying in the streets, so not the best area to be honest. Overall a bad stay for the amount I paid
