Location was good, stay was good

Wonderful stay and staff were very well behaved. The location was near to Ahmedabad railway station and it was convenient for up and down stream travel

this was the worst experience of my life the room was dirty the wash room was dirty and the smell myy Goddess it was stinky we book hotel for 3 night but we have leave in one day we checkout in half day the worst ever experience how I don't know your reviews is great literally

The room shown in the pictures on MakeMyTrip was not the one we were provided. We informed them about the early check-in and late check-out, yet the staff gave inconsistent charges and behaved rudely. Moreover, they refused to provide a receipt for the cash payment made.

I stayed at Hotel Volga and my stay there was pretty bad. The room smelled really bad and the washroom was not clean. This hotel is 26years old and clearly in need of repairs but the hotel management just doesn’t care I think. Moreover they didn’t even offer a bottle of water , they charged me for that. The location is alright but when I reached here which was at the night, I saw people just staying in the streets, so not the best area to be honest. Overall a bad stay for the amount I paid

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station, and subway. Enjoyed the stay.

The rooms were ok.. Bedsheets were not clean.. They haven't provided the mineral water bottle instead they gave regular water. Had to ask for the toiletries again and again. Overall very poor service.
