Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort

A delightful stay of 5 nights. Location is easily accessible from Nal Sarovar, which was our main attraction area. Drive is about 90 minutes from the airport with excellent roads, so reaching there was no issue. The property is huge, extremely well maintained, the best part being the friendly staff. The restaurant is excellent (shoutout to Chef Yash!), they catered well to our taste of low salt, less spicy food requirement. We were leaving early every morning for birding, and we always got a delicious packed breakfast sharp at 5.30am. Overall very impressed. Go there if you love nature and need some pampering. You will surely enjoy it. We shall surely return!

The staff members are very cooperative and polite. The food is good. The stay is cool . property is awesome.

The rooms were large and very clean. Housekeeping was very efficient and all the staff were lovely to interact with. Beautiful property on the golf course

Stay was good but what Make my trip commits Resort refuse to provide that services. MMT gave me 10% discount on food and beverages but resort didnt gave me the discount and MMT gave me complementary late check out of 2 hrs of regular check out time but in this off season and working day resort refuse to give little bit of extra time. I want to ask MMT that what you commit on booking do you give that copy as reference to the property?

The service was very poor. Reception staff and the call respondent of restaurant is not having manners how to talk to guests. When it was not under club mahindra everything was good but it is the first time i went with club mahindra and it was very poor that I would not like to spend 15k bugs for such a poor service and quality

food was good , room was ok ok and overall service can be. improved as found less staff other than restaurants

Issue with cleanliness and food. Not happy. Even the cleaned utensils needed to be cleaned again. And limited choice of food

Pathetic experience. Extremely expensive then 7stars resort. Seems like you stay in Maldives. Sandwich cost is 1000 rs. Room was bad condition. All activities are chargeable. Feel like we stay for doing maintenance of their facility. They are doing marketing with gold area. But, there is any relation between Club Mahindra and Kensvilla. Both charged you separately. Any food item cost start 1000. OYO rooms are better than this resort

As per my booking it was mentioned that i would get 10% discount on spa, food and bevereges. Hotel denied the same.

Was ok. They said would provide complimentary cake on call but on arrival said they do not and who had called when their own staff had called and informed as it was my birthday

Location of the resort is best nearby ahmedabad. Well maintained facility. Staff is also good. Must try to enjoy the sun rise & sun set in gold course.

most of the amenities we have to pay at the hotel. it's called hidden cost we have to pay this is not good . food also just manageable.

Stay was below average you can say terrible food was very tasteless. Not enough staff in restaurant. When ask to serve omlette on my table guy told me come and get it after 10min as no staff is there. There was metal particle in my wife's salad. We shown to waiter. Waiter shown it to cheff and chef's reaction was "what do i do? this things happens. That is pathetic. At swimming pool they put notice that "no life guards available " this big resort with club mahindra connection this poor facilities not expected. Absolutely disgusting. Never recommend to anyone. Don't go there. Absolute waste of money. Charges very high and not providing basic services. I had thought in my mind to become club mahindra member but after experiencing this i would not become member and even tell my friends also not to be one. Rubbish experience. Spoilled my diwali.

Housekeeping service was pathetic and room was suffocating, not as good 5 star, food was good, amenities are good

The rooms were not same as shown in description. It was very small corner room allotted to us. There were no space and balcony shown in pictures.

Starting with hygine and cleanliness it was pathetic. The room, bathroom, towels, sheets and curtains ere stinky. Floor and bathroom were stained and not cleaned. Mineral water was not available. Coming to food it was limited and was not filled ones it was over for those who comes after. Pool was not cleaned. There was no toiletries. Tissue papers and hand towels available. The food was way to expensive. There was a lizard in our room. We food hair in food twice our stay. Ones in dinner and breakfast. We check out early 1 day.

The rooms were really spacious, games area and activities were really good for spending time with kids and friends. Food was quite amazing, overall a very good memory for us.
