very good experience overall pros: amazing property surronded by trees, clean rooms, good food, very good for nature lovers, the best body spa, courteous staff, there is a lot to do inside the resort cons: 5 star property but no AC in rooms, gets hot during the day, swimming pool is below average, slow room service especially for non members, everything inside is chargeable separately and very expensive, internal transfer is bit slow

It was a beautiful place with lush green plantation and the accomodation in between them. The early morning alarm for Malabar whistle thrush to cool mornings and delicious breakfast. It was all a fantabulous experience. The evening engagements at Happy hub were too good. The overall experience was inexplicable.

It's a fantastic property and a lot of activities for kids. had a very comfortable stay at Club Mahindra ,the buffet breakfast has variety.
