Food was good and location also good. Staff also friendly . If they try to make little more clean that would be better .

Property was good but not maintained location was beautiful there was a personal bonfire but no sticks for it the food we could not eat but we were provided with fruits and juice

We booked a cottage for a 3-person stay, but upon arrival, we were informed that it wouldn’t accommodate three people as it was too small. Instead, we were asked to pay an additional ₹1500 for a one-bedroom upgrade. This lack of transparency during the booking process is completely unacceptable. The upgraded room was far from satisfactory—both the bedroom and bathroom had a bad smell, and the blankets and bedsheets were in terrible condition. To make matters worse, the water heater didn’t work, and we had to bathe in ice-cold water despite the freezing weather. The complimentary breakfast was another disappointment. While the food tasted decent, the plates provided were not clean, which was off-putting. Overall, this experience was highly unsatisfactory and far below expectations. Clear communication and better room maintenance are essential for improving customer satisfaction.

We book a cottage for 3 person stay. While we reached there they said they will not allow 3 person on that cottage because its small. And ask for 1500 for one bedroom room. So we paid. It is your mistake u guys need to inform us it while the booking time. And the upgraded room was not neat. Bad smell on both bedroom and bathroom. Blanket and bedsheets were total rubbish. In that extreme cold climate we took the bath on ice chilled water because of that water heater not working. Finally the complimentary breakfast was a terrible experience. The food taste nice but the plate what they use to serve the food need to wash.

It's good for staying only. No food even no tea too

Not at all worth the 7k+ per night that we paid. Hard avoid. Rooms were dirty, estate was dirty and not maintained well, insects and leeches in the room, chef was on leave for a day so no food was available, hardly any item on the menu was available on other days, food quality was bad. Overall a terrible waste of money and time.

Worst experience ever. I paid the amount at the time of booking and when i reached the property i was forced to take an upgrade they said that the room is not available so i paid an extra 2500. And your customer service is horrible

Highly disappointed with this property. No proper staff, whatever staff available doesn't know language to communicate in hindi or english properly. Rooms quite different from images. Too humid place.

Overall staycation is good. It was a good experience in staying at misty rain inn. Rooms were well maintained but we expected a pool, so that we can stay back at resort to enjoy some quality time. Staff were polite and food was also good.

I am nature lover, this property is full of natural views, surround with coffee, bamboo, jackfruit, black pepper and many more tree, morning starts with birds voice. Service is good, well behaved staff, only kitchen is late which can be ignored.
