property is located inside a plantation. The weather is too good. The food and services was also great. Not a luxury place, but a clean and good stay to try.

I recently stayed at COORG HAPPY ESTATE and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to several issues. Upon arrival, the caretaker was unaware of my booking, which caused a delay of about 30 minutes while multiple people had to be contacted to confirm the reservation. This was frustrating, especially after a long drive. Additionally, the amenities were not available. There was no bonfire, which was one of the key attractions mentioned during booking. The free Wi-Fi was also unavailable, despite it being listed as a provided amenity. The sit-out area, which was supposed to be a nice space to relax, was either non-functional or not maintained. Furthermore, there was no security guard on-site, which made me feel a bit uneasy. The game room was also unavailable, leaving little to do in the area aside from basic outdoor activities. Moreover, there was no food available , and I was informed that meals needed to be ordered in advance, something that was not communicated beforehand. This left me without options for a meal after arrival. The roads leading to the hotel were also in very poor condition, making the journey uncomfortable and challenging. While the location and ambiance were nice, these issues greatly impacted the overall experience. I hope the management can address these concerns for future guests and ensure that amenities are actually available.

I enjoyed the experience staying here. It has a beautiful view and super hospitality. In the middle of Kushalnagar and Madikeri.

Had an absolutely relaxing and amazing weekend experience during our stay at coorg happy estate. Staff were extremely welcoming enriching our experience further. We enjoyed the most authentic and delicious coorgi food prepared with fresh local spices. Would greatly recommend the place to couples and families.

Amazing hosts. They are really warm and welcoming. They offered us local wine and the food was homely. Loved the stay.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights, 6 including two kids 2+5, it was a pleasant stay @property, rooms were very big with big washroom, staffs were very friendly and courteous well behaved quick response, food is good not too many options we have been asked before 6 hrs so that they can get stuffs and prepare, well maintained property, good for those who wants peace it’s really peaceful, working network will be a challenge here so no laptops no work the only challenge @property rest all good, can enjoy this stay with bone fire and property walk to see coffee plantation and avocado + other fruits and flowers. Property has 4 big rooms only interconnecting ambience kitchen high rooftops, special thanks to property owner Bhagat raj/deepika and staffs w alter +1 for making the stay amazing overall 4. 8/5

The property is in between a coffee plantation. The owner is friendly and great to talk to. The care taker mr prasad made sure we had a great time and would take care of our son when had dinner and breakfast. The place is rich with all type of trees and a estate walk is recommended. The town is just 20min from the property. Do stay for at least 2 days as that’s the time you will need to cover everything. Overall a great experience. Loved it.

First and foremost, the host of this coffee estate mr bag-at and mr prasad deserve the highest praise. Their genuine passion for their craft and dedication to ensuring a memorable stay for their guests were evident from the moment we arrived. They treated us as if we were old friends rather than mere visitors. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to cater to our needs truly made us feel like royalty. The verdant beauty of the estate is an absolute feast for the senses. As we explored the property, we were mesmerized by the vast stretches of emerald-green coffee plants and various fruits. The air was infused with a delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee, adding an extra layer of charm to the already captivating atmosphere. We went there for a weekend stay from bengaluru. The idea was to stay away from the hustles of a city and the homestay offered us exactly the same. It is located at a higher altitude than madikeri town and hence relatively colder. The homestay is located in a coffee estate and the plantation walk was very good. The moment our car entered the narrow lanes of a coffee estate, we realised that we are at the right place. Property owner Bhagat was awesome and kudos to him for the great hospitality. The rooms are very big and bathrooms are large. I will definitely come back here again. They also strange bonfire in the night and if u tell one day in advance, then barbeque can also be arranged.

Whole experience was mesmerising rooms were spacious tidy well maintained wash rooms food was rustic owner mr Bharath raj accompanied us for coffee plantation tour which was amazing it is away from all the city hustle secluded overall experience was great I loved how hygienic and beautiful this estate was

stay was in amazing location.. truly nature lover's paradise....very obliging n helpful host n manager....regret booking just for a day, requested the host to book for 4 days in november as we were just mesmerised by the place n nature surrounding it....loved the delicious local home cooked meals as well. cleanliness and hygiene well maintained. 👍

Location - remote, no network no wifi (even jio and air-tel sim not working) room- awkward smell check in- no caretaker was there. Need to have a argument in the middle of nowhere.
