Dear sir Still I cant figure out what made our property bad Even I guys enjoyed with music upto 12 pm Even our silent hours starts from 11 pm as we permitted for the music upto 12 am And even we provided better rooms Hope we can accommodate u next time with better experience Thank you

If you looking for a family stay,this place was not recommended. Feel unsafe and no heater in the bathroom. Fell unsafe for family that’s it

The location is amazing, very close to the nature. The staff is cool. Just a thing, since the cottages are slightly open from top, you'll find insects entering.

Pros: the location is good, rooms are very big. The driver contact they gave for sight seeing was very good. Cons: bathroom door lock was broken, bathroom sister continuously leaking water. Staffs were not sufficient. No cooking facility, breakfast was complementary, but there was no kitchen inside the homestay, they will take the order and buy it from nearby restaurants, depending on the luck it could be good or bad. No garbage bag available. For every small things (water, plate, garbage collection) you have to request the attendant many times. Even there was no signboard mentioning the dockside inn, in the entrance there was a different name.

Stayed here for 3 days. Nice place, well maintained, serene surrounding with coffee plantation around. Helpful staff and owner. Safe place for family. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious.

Dear guest As u stayed in our newly constructed villa as its far from old ones u only insisted to stay there bcoz u stay away from other guests I already told starting day hot water is not there on the second day we arranged it This is the ರೀಸ್ I informed you to stay in our old cottage And that cottage is now ready fully and it is functioning with all the facilities Sorry for the inconveniences

Room was not much cleaned and it was smelling too. I had informed the guy but he gave room freshner spray, it did not stay long. Done.

Dear sir As without informing the property u checked in the early morning as our check in time was 12 pm As we was sold out one day before.one guest checked out by night.so u only requested to provide the room because u travelled in night so we informed u room is not cleaned our housekeeping staff will reach by 9 am Afterall we provided early morning check in as per your request Later ur room has been got ready So as far we have done our job perfectly Regards Team the dockside inn

The property is well connected, but would advise to go during day time or early evening, since it's inside area. The staff are really very helpful and they help you to get food if ordered. Overall i would say a good stay and value for money. If u have your own vehicle it's more better

Nice stay for family and batchelor

Its good for both family and batchelors l, the rooms were so clean, stay between those coffee plantations is beautiful. Everything is fine. If we need anything from outside food or etc the staff will be helpful. Pleasant stay

The place was really awesome. It felt like we are manifesting my school days sketches of a hut, a big tree beside it, a pond, ducks in the pond, etc etc But, there was no WiFi
