Pros :- 1. Owner's n their son is cooperative. They've waited till 10 pm for check-in. 2. Quite good facility in stay. 2 bed room, 2 bathroom, dining area is usefull for us to have late night dinner. 3. They've guide well for local sight seen Cons :- 1.Check-out time should be atleast 11 am. 2.No tea shop nearby they should offer atleast tea-coffee for guests. On 2nd night we book another home stay they offered tea without any charge. 3. No such landscape view from home stay balcony as mentioned in their profile. 4. Neither vehicle parking available nor any arrangements for driver's rest, bath, blanket etc.

Thanks for feedback Fir drivers no one will give room for free in homestay or any resort. Incase if you wanted to give driver any facility then you have to include him while booking the homestay and pay

it's a 2BHK without attached bathroom. A Single bathroom is available. they are renovating the place. so doors and Locks May be corrected as it was not working properly. by Google map, place can be reachable. 24hours hot water is available. overall experience is OK.

Actually the raja rajeshwari home stay is very good especially within the budget, the stay owner is a decent guy who guided us to the coorg places. And the stay is also very good and clean.

we reached 2 hour early for that early checkin he asked to pay 500rs and he did not even allow us to use the washroom and after requesting him he allowed to use it but after that he gave the room to some other guests and did not let us use the rooms even thought the full amount and booked the room for the whole day

Morning 3 am who will give you the room when your check in is 12 pm It will be considered as a whole day Since we care for guests we asked only 500 extra In other homestays you have to pay whole amount Whole day we kept the homestay empty for them but they changed their plains and now blaming us.

Smoking allowed but owner was rude because they called at night 1 am and was asking for ciggrates and matchbox

Worst homestay in coorg

I was travel-ling to coorg with my family and i happened to book this homestay. The pictures that i saw were completely opposite to reality. The entire house is chipped, the owner hasn’t taken any effort to rectify the property. Refrigerator is i guess only for display as it is not in working condition. There are no knobs on the fan regulators in any room. The mattresses in the entire house seems like they haven’t been washed for decades. The dinning table cloth is torn, don’t know since when. There is absolutely no ventilation in the house. There are ‘n number of bugs crawling everywhere. We had booked it for 3 nights, but couldn’t even sleep one night. We had to check into another hotel immediately the next day. Nobody was able to sleep that night. My parents who are senior citizens also face a lot of issues regarding the same. We approached the owner regarding the issues, but he responded very rudely, he was very arrogant. His son though seemed to be polite but the owner was not. I will not be surprised if the owner responds rudely to this feedback, but it’s the fact. Also we reported it to an executive but we haven’t received our refund or any resolution yet.

How can only you find these problem. Till now many guests have stayed here and they have not complained about this. Everything is in proper condition i think they have problem in their eyes. We have not mentioned that we have fridge, if you want you have to pay extra. These people just spoiled everything inour homestay and are complaining about small thing. These people have put only one room photo and were complaining. If the stay was not good why dint they put all photos just a gimik. And about the behavour of the owner he is right. The owner behaves how you behave. They were scolding us so the owner retailated against them. Keeping this point they got anger and started asking for refund after this every complain started . In coorg since its a tropical region there is rainfall after the rainfall goes the walls starts to dry and the chip come out during feb may months. Holding this image they are asking for refund. The chip from the wall came out only in one room. If they faced such problem in all rooms why dint they put all room images. Its just a hatred act of retailating
