Nice home stay and peaceful stay the food was awesome we are satisfied with Ayla staff and service and accommodation rooms are clean love to visit again ❤️

It was so pleasant and lovely to stay here the rooms were so clean the proximity to the city center is also quite good the caretaker is so welcoming and sweet the owner is quick to response and helpful one should always stay here

Good location , clean rooms and good food

It's a very pet friendly homestay, they've dogs on the property really friendly ones, and the owners live adjacent. you've a really big space for you furry friend to play and run around. If you're looking for a pet friendly space this is perfect and they have really good staff and service. the food they provided was yummy and they're not money hungry!! they're a humble lot!! I'll definitely recommend this place, I say it's worth what I paid!!

i had an amazing stay at this homestay! the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts. the hospitality of the hosts was outstanding; they were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything i needed. the location is another highlight—it's conveniently close to the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. whether you're here for sightseeing or just looking for a comfortable place to unwind, this homestay is a perfect choice. i highly recommend it.

Rooms are neat, but don't have any amenities. The time i went had minimal staff. It was a bit difficult without anything at night. Maybe the time i went was so.

Not a very great stay at ayla homes, the property is poorly maintained & managed by the caretakers, there is no hospiality for greeting the guests on arrival or assisting towards the rooms/property. The rooms are extremely small than it looks in the images. There is no food options here you need to order or manage on your own. The worst part is the caretaker he is extremely rude and pathetic, both husband and wife keep fighting and not providing services that should be expected. Good part is pets are welcomed there are 3 pets staying at the property.

to be honest it's not up to the mark homestay they only serve one breakfast keeping north indian style and not much spacious rooms and the even charge extra for the fire 🔥 camp and most important the care taker is not at all cooperative and he is in rush to complete the booking and is not providing help sort of careless ness I don't recommend this property to stay for this high amount which we are paying

Rooms 4 location 4 food 4 hospitality 3. We stayed at ayla homestay for 2n 3d. The property is clean. The attractions are at easy accessibility. Like, raja seat is walkable at a distance of 350m, and abbey falls at 6 km away. The food served at the stay is good. The only thing we didn't like much was the hospitality. The kitchen is closed at 9 pm, which must not be the case in homestay. Caretaker doesn't respond after 10 p. M, so in emergencies, you are helpless. Except hospitality, overall experience is good.

Night fan making lot of noise and it was not working properly which spoiled my sleep. Breakfast option was also not there. Only best thing was rooms

Its a very commercialised home stay & i felt most of the reviews in google are bogus. One room mentioned king bed & when i went there the host mentioned none of room have king bed. Rooms are very congested & the view is pathetic without any privacy. They have constructed few rooms in backyard & giving each room for rental. Literally its not a homestay but a logde kind of setup with a fancy cot inside which they show in ads. Room doesnt have ac & becomes like a hot chamber during summers. Was not at all pleasant stay. Good part of stay is the caretaker uncle who is kind enough to prepare the food to your taste. Property is also walkable distance to raja seat. Rooms are neat

If you are looking for comfortable homestay then definitely go for this, owner of the house, carer of the homestay(kumar and bimla ji) and of-course their friendly pets, everyone make sure your stay is comfortable, always ready to help, located in centre of city, pls go for it
