The resort is located in the jungle. it's huge and beautiful. Main attraction is the waterfall obviously. Food is 10/10. service is 10/10. I opted for spa sessions which was great too.lovd the experience of getting pampered

The food is decent as they have seemed to have a lot of staff change and due to less crowd on weekdays there seemed a difference. The staff is good however when it comes to the property, the rooms are not maintained at all, they have dust and spider webs , corners are not cleaned , walls are not in great condition and the bathing tub knobs are coming out.. along with that the entrance of the room was constantly dripping water due to some leakage making the stairs of the entrance wet all the time. Even at the reception the walls are getting damaged due to water contact and the washroom was not upto mark at the reception which is not something you expect from a 5 star. The rooms have lot of wood decoration around the lights which are not cleaned and are dusty .

Ayatana s quality has come down a bit than how it was 3 years back.. the property is beautiful.. but the buffet range is average.. the rooms and washrooms for the price is also average compared to other resorts in Karnataka offering for the same price

food options very limited

The property location was nice but the food menu had very limited options for the veg people. Also I wanted my partner’s birthday celebration to have a nice decoration and a candle night dinner but they refused saying it was monsoon even though it didn’t rain that day. so that was not very pleasant
