Resort was not in a very good state, with broken iron railings everywhere that could have caused injury to kids. There are a lot of dogs on the property that took away my show from the balcony at night and tore it. Food is not good at all and the service at the table during breakfast equally bad. Only good thing is that the staff is very polite. But, politeness can take it only this far.

The resort is so beautiful you don't feel like going anywhere else. The stay was so peaceful. The resort is a nice place for birders also. It is not very far from kstrc bus stand madikeri. They have coffee plantations in the estate property. I enjoyed my stay totally. It was quite relaxing. It's is good place for family, couples.

Pros : 1. In-house restaurant and kitchen 2. Peaceful location 3. Excellent service cons 1. Albeit the location is peaceful, it’s a little off from city centre which makes the commute tougher 2. Insects ( locust, grasshoppers, cicadas etc) are a big issue if you’re going in monsoons ( jun e - sept), we visited in august and had to call room service for waving off the big insects at night. Apart from that the stay was good and recommendable and good prices are also worth the price
