The property is set amidst natural woods and is very calm. The amenities are satisfactory but food is brought from outside. Wi-Fi has been provided but maintenance is average.

There is no in house restaurant, even soaps are not provided during the stay, don’t book standard room there is no view for standard room

We went as a group of 4 ppl. It is a well sited property but the overall aesthetics has gone for a six due to poor maintenance aspect. There are hardly any dedicated employees for the same and most of them have been kept on multitasking. There was foul smell on entering the cottage as if it has not been ventilated for long. The side lights enroute to the cottage wasn't working which keeps the surrounding in the dark. There is no active kitchen inside the premises and for everything order has to be placed from restaurants outside. There was complementary breakfast included in the package however nothing was displayed on arriving at the dining area at stipulated time and we had to wait for another one hr which turned out to be a horror for the taste buds.

The place was amazing with a lush green ambience. Although some of the amenities inside the room could have been better. The lock inside the washroom was damaged. Apart from this swiming pool could have been more clean there was green colour in it don't know how. Apart from that the place is the best since it is all surrounded by greenery and coorg is filled with rain

Terrible experience! Dirty rooms, no electricity, no hot water, and dust all over. On top of that, no response from the resort staff—no one bothered to fix anything. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid this place! Terrible experience!

Good ambience and so nice place to stay scenic view and experience they have good staffs to maintain

I came to this hotel with my family members. The hotel doesn't consists of any restaurant. We need to book through Swiggy or Zomato. Swimming pool was not upto the mark.

I would like to summarise the review as below - Pros - Location Cons - No inhouse cooking for quick breakfast (they had to purchase it from city which is 7kms away) - No presence of senior personnel for managing customers. Entire staff was very young and inexperienced, who had no idea how to effectively handle customer complaints. - Basic cleanliness was not in place for rooms when we checked in. - Toileteries were not available - Pool is being advertised, but it wasn't ready. It was told that it will be ready in 2 day. We checked out after 3rd day and it still wasn't ready. - Complimentary walk of coffee plantation was a part of package. But no one offered it.

Property was good but swimming pool was not available as it was under construction. Though I was happy with the place but I was little disappointed as some of the services mentioned in my booking were not available

Property is good in middle of coffee plant but unfortunately Hotel is not ready welcome us. Hotel is under renovation.

The group of boys who run the place amazing , energetic awesome . Anytime the boys are ready for treating there customer needs

The resort lacks proper roads, ceiling fans, a restaurant, and food. Guests must travel over 8 km to find food.

The facilities are not good and there is no food in resort ..Not good to stay if you need good food etc.

I choosen the wooden cottage house, but no drinking water and towels and glass amenities very bad .
