There was no extra bed provided, they just gave a mattress and made me sleep on the floor and didn't even provide a blanket. The rooms are old and dingy. The space is nice but needs renovations. Along with this they only provided one water bottle for 3 people and refused to provide more.

overall we had good stay. Service is good. More amenities are expected for the price. Quite near to the main attractions.

rooms are not upto the mark, living room dont have a mirror, restaurant service is poor. complimentary break fast is only 3 things idly, dosa, puliotharai( even homestay is more menu than this)

The staff are very welcoming. The views are very good, located at an adventurous location just below the raja seat garden. Very well maintained and feels peaceful. Morning breakfast was really awesome. The restaurant offers almost everything. Room for improvement- -Not safe for Kids, they need to be supervised. -furnitutes are outdated, they should provide couch. plastic chairs are not comfortable.

Makemytrip has cheated us by giving this property a 3-star rating. We stayed at Coorg Heights Resort, Madikeri in October 2025, booking two non-AC rooms with breakfast for five people, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were congested, smelly, poorly maintained, and built on a steep hill with many steps, making it highly unsuitable for senior citizens. They provided only floor mattresses for the additional person, which was very uncomfortable. There was no ceiling fan, and the pedestal fan provided made loud noise. No TV unless specifically requested, and only if available. The rooms had spiders, mosquitos, and bedbugs, with improper door locks and jammed doors that required force to open. Breakfast was below average, and the food seemed to be cooked in reused oil, causing allergy after eating the bhurji. Overall, this property is not worth the money and nowhere near a 3-star standard. Would not recommend this stay to anyo

We booked this hotel because we need good stay nearer to Rajaseat...and their Location showed on site is just 500 m away but actually it's 2.7 km far...which is too much in hilly area...on asking upon them we got response that "there is a way but generally it not advisable to use that way as it's very narrow and stiff"

Should have a good restaurant as it's outside the town. The one they have looks like a small canteen. Also there should have been a good approach road for new drivers which is not mentioned anywhere, the one they have is very steep & inclined.

We got the best room facing the landscape, the hills...The complimentary breakfast was so good, unlike other stays.

It was an excellent place to stay and relax with adventurous experience . The chef was so humble and prepared the food according to our style as we requested .

Beyond 4 walls and other amenities, what makes a property memorable and pleasant are service, food and people. Coorg Heights has all of these. The staff are extremely kind, humble and approachable. My favourite was the food, this property is blessed with a great Chef who makes amazing food. I loved the thick and creamy chicken curry and rice. We had an amazing time staying here.

excellent location, but please do not book dinner while booking hotel because they made this as MAP or MVP means you will get only limited things in dinner not all. except this hotel is extremely good

We had a fantastic stay! The property is in a great location with beautiful mountain views and is close to Madikeri, making sightseeing easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the mountain-view rooms were especially stunning. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive.
