stay was good staff were very helpful and polite main was all staff from reception to restaurant and house keeping were very friendly and helpful had homely feeling they gave us food at 11pm when we arrived late night even though restaurant was shut at 10 , great experience and enjoyed the stay

Booked superior cottage with the balcony facing the hills. A pleasant picturesque view in the mornings. Monsoon should be lovely. The buffet menu for bf and dinner in the restaurant was good and the service was excellent as well. A short 10-15min drive from the city though.

Our stay at hill crest was amazing. Hotel accomodation good with all the staff very co operative. Helpfull. It was loke family home feeling to us all 4 nights. We strongly reccomend as hill crest is the best to stay with surround i g of hiis and vellyes.

it was amazing. Initially I was hesitant to book, but it was our best decision. The view from the Hill Crest Resort - Coorg room was mesmerizing, the staff was very courtesious. they used to serve with smiling face, overall the resort team was helpful.

Friendly and courteous staff, well maintained property and spacious rooms, recommend cottage stay for better experience, food was decent and can have more varieties and less oil in gravy. Overall good experience

Good staff stay and food. it's around 10 km from the Madikeri bus stand. Breakfast and Dinner had lot of options.
