Excellent property and courteous staff

The resort is situated in the midest of the coffee estates, ideal for a family vacation. Cottages are neat, hygienic and well isolated from each other giving good privacy. I especially liked the sit out place outside each cottage ideal for a morning yoga or family chit-chat. Staff is very courteous and respond to guest requests quickly. I and my son took the spa service and it was very relaxing, special thanks to masseuse Adityan. As it was Christmas Eve a nice fun game session was organised by the staff for guests followed by a dinner at pool side. Thanks for great hospitality and we really enjoyed being there. Special thanks to Sushma for morning estate walk and all staff members for great hospitality.

1. Staff - very good. 2. Location - too far from madikeri, takes 40 mins to madikeri as it's completely curvy road. Not suitable for the people who wants to visit places around madikeri. 3. Not worth the money, expensive. 4. Food - good, not excellent. 5. Overall above average, may be i would say 3. 5*

disappointing experience – not worth the price the pool water didn’t seem clean. food quality was average while the location was decent, it didn’t make up for the overall lack of quality and service. i had high expectations based on the price, but this resort fell short in every way. i wouldn’t recommend it and certainly won’t be returning.
