Abiyal Mountain Stay | Rooms & Caretaker

The property location is far away and remote. Lacks mobile connectivity and not accessible easily. Although care taker is good, it’s not worth for the cost charged.

Went with kids and the place was absolutely amazing. Mr Ghouse and the care takers were really amazing and helpful. Mr Ghouse helped us with our plan to explore Coorg - explained what & where to buy things from around. Would highly recommend the place. Attaching view from our room. Thank You!

Very beautiful location. Property surrounded by mountains. Early morning very beautiful view. Caretaker being very helpful. Food is exceptional good. Still remember the taste of chicken curry, very tasty. Very peaceful stay.

Best hotel service, and room view that this price can buy. This is villa and has an awesome view with proper bonfire setup.

It was a good stay, staffs are helpful, location is fantastic but need to improve on cleanliness.

The location is excellent. The property is old and need maintenance. Like hot. Water not available curtains are old and dusty food is good staff try their best to take care of customer. Overall not value for money.

I expected a lot more clean, hygienic room and the washroom. It was of very ordinary standard, small things like sofa were badly broken, cofer table was really small. The washroom un actual was really different than it was shown . Washroom was dirty, the curtain in washroom was not changed before we checked in. 2. Mr go-use who is the owner of this homestay, he is a nice man. But there was lot of fuss about food like you have to inform hours before and if you missed they deny the dinner. Though later he did make some arrangement. But it shouldn't be that much of a problem and could have handled better. I was really not impresses with the homestay and i would rather book a decent hotel because the kind of service they provide.

The stay was good, grand rooms and secluded location, but still not very far from the city. They can add a wifi to make it better.

Excellent location and an awesome property - in the lap of nature, overlooking the valley. Huge rooms, bathrooms with huge windows over-ring an excellent view. Caretaker also very helpful and polite. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Would love to be back.

It was good view and good experience there. Food and maintenance was quite good

Location is great and rooms are spacious. They have 4 rooms with attached bathrooms. Only 2 of them have AC. Rooms need to be maintained better. Best part was the view of western ghats from the large windows each of the rooms had. Overall stay was decent.

The property is in a very beautiful location with a grate sun raise view point in it. Food was good. Care taker was good. But room was not clean - the owner has to take care of that.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Both the rooms we got didn’t have any view. However we had booked one room with sunrise view. Wi-fi was pretty bad, dongle didn’t work most of the time and caretaker didn’t bother checking it as well. Most of the family members found him to be a bit pushy about having breakfast, which was a big mood turn off. Overall, this was way too expensive for the kind of view and facilities you can get in resorts in coorg.

It was a good Stay on the Coorg trip. The location was very peaceful and calm. The room was also so cozy and spacious. The staff was also so very humble and cooperative. The property was suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to others.

It was easy to reach the property, it was in a good location. The room was good and comfortable. I really enjoyed my Stay in that property. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. The property was neat and clean. Food need to be upgraded, vegetarian food was not there. Overall it was a good experience.
