I recently stayed at a plumeria resort in Coorg. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were warm and welcoming, and my room was spotless and comfortable. The hotel's staff truly exceeded my expectations. I also appreciate the amenities which were truly comforting. Overall, I highly recommend its exceptional service, beautiful ambience, and prime location. I'd definitely stay here again!"

1. Rooms are decent, washrooms could have been better. 2. The power fluctuates a lot, however, it comes back on within 15 mins. 3. The pool is not well maintained and is not usable. 4. Food service is not prompt, food is prepared on order and options are limited. 5. Service is not prompt, we had to follow up for basic services like water bottles and room service after mutiple follow ups. 6. The property is undergoing transition and is under the name of Plumeria resort now. Reaching the property was confusing.

we stayed one night in the cottage delux room.. excellent cottage rooms🥰 very clean and comfortable rooms. food was also good. friendly staff, fire camp with singing was awesome. the inside of the resort is fantastic ❤️

Excellent location, well maintained rooms, average service. No timelines for serving the breakfast and breakfast was at best ordinary and below average. The housekeepers were helpful and helped when needed. Overall, good value for money!

Very poor in cleaning due to which we have to bare charges of damaged items. They didn't collect the used plates and glass from outside of the room in the night and then glass damaged for which we have to bare charges of that.

Resort is good. The only problem is with power cuts. Though there is a generator backup, powercuts are frequent and it took time for generator to provide electricity
