The experience was great and the caretaker was very helpful.

Very nice location, easy to reach yet very good views and amidst nature. Rooms are also very spacious and kept clean. Food is brought from the city and gets cold. Quantity and quality of food is also poor. Caretaker is a nice person but we got one of the room's washroom not working and a blanket less was given. Property and location are good. Services need improvement.

If you are looking for peaceful stay away from city then this place is excellent. However since its located in coffee estate and surrounded by plantations there are lot of insects in the surroundings hence be careful. Food was good and hosts are helpful. Some basic facilities needs to be improved like doors and windows not locking properly. Staircases were slippery.

There is no restaurant in the resort but somehow they arrange the food from town but if the restaurant is in the resort it would be easy to access everything.

Location was good. Food was also good. The caretaker was very cooperative. The room was comfortable and there was an estate view. As the property located between the estate so they should take care of all the insects coming from the field as it can harm others. Other than this I can recommend this property to others.

That Was Very Good Experience In This Resort. Location is very Good And So Silent except Animal Sound as it is located in Forest. Good For People's Who Love Adventure ... But Facilities Not Too Good .. But Place Is Awesome

Room was very damp. Washroom was not clean. Room service is very poor. We requested to provide extra bedsheets as blankets were stinking. They said they will get those soon. But in actual we got bedsheets in the night aftr 9pm. Whereas we had asked for bedsheets in the noon @ 2pm. View is good ... Other than view everything needs improvement. Specially cleanliness.

Pros: 1) Amazing location. Good place to relax and rewind yourself. 2) Good hospitality of staff. 3) Cottage size was quite big, even bathrooms were bigger than usual. Cons: 1) Food is not prepared at site rather they carry it from Hotel Crystal Court to Cottage. Due to which you won't be served hot food. Dinner was still OK but everything in breakfast was just too cold. They should start preparing food in house or else at least serve hot food. 2) None of the activities mentioned in the website are actually done (for example - music & bonfire, coffee plantation tour etc). 3) Google Maps doesn't show the correct direction of the place. Overall it was a nice stay with few shortcoming which needs improvements.

Room condition and cleanliness are very well maintained, best spot for regenerative and relax. Only problem is find the spot with google map. Better contact owner before arriving and get the route details.

The only con is going all the way to Madikeri to confirm booking/complete documentation which is approx 8 km from the property. The view is amazing with the cottages being located amidst a 32 acre coffee estate. One can always enjoy the sunrise from the cottages as well. Overall, the experience was really good.

The hotel is at a very peaceful location. The only problem that we faced was locating it as the map was showing incorrect direction and there is no signboard to guide travellers to the hotel. The view from the hotel is amazing.
