There’s no proper response from the host for anything. Worst staff service. Won’t serve anything properly, we travelled with kid n had asked for milk @7:30 am but nobody bothered to serve.Though the breakfast was included in the stay n we asked if it’s ready multiple times they didn’t bother to respond until checkout time ,we had to leave without breakfast. Didn’t feel it as a resort when it comes to hosting n hospitality

Place was great, good nature. Hygiene is not upto the mark and room was having some stingy smell. when it comes to food, varieties are less and taste was not that great. we have travelled many places and resorts, but this has very less facilities as compared to other in this price.

Our recent stay at this resort during the monsoon season was deeply disappointing and far below any acceptable standard of hospitality. From the outset, it was evident that the property is significantly aged and suffers from a serious lack of maintenance. There was no communication from the resort prior to our arrival, which added to the disorganization and left us unprepared for the condition of the place. We were initially assigned a wood cottage, which was in extremely poor condition—damp, musty, and permeated with an unpleasant odor. The state of the cottage compelled us to request a room change, and we were subsequently moved to a junior deluxe suite. Unfortunately, this alternative did not offer much improvement. The suite also had a stale smell, and the bedding and linens were in such poor condition that we had to use our own perfume to make the environment tolerable. Most of the amenities advertised by the resort were either non-functional or in an unusable state. The swimming pool, for instance, appeared to have been neglected for a long time and was clearly unfit for use. The breakfast service was equally subpar—meals were cold, tasteless, and lacked basic quality, making it an unappealing way to start the day. This has been one of the most unpleasant travel experiences we have encountered. It is truly concerning that this property is still listed on reputable platforms such as MakeMyTrip. We strongly urge both the resort management and booking platforms to reevaluate the listing until significant improvements are made. Until then, we recommend that potential guests avoid this resort to prevent a similarly unsatisfactory experience.

property is about 15-20 minutes drive from Madikeri city. pros - very good spacious rooms and bathroom. Room has a good premium feel. A very pleasing feel with the waterfall running in the background. cons - fooding was limited. it was continuously raining during our stay. so didn't check out the pool. we had booked a cab and were mostly outside exploring the city and attraction

Had a terrible experience. After driving down from Bengaluru, we reached the location only to find that the rooms were stinking, and not properly maintained. Damp linen, cobwebs, dust and wet bathroom floors. Extremely slow service

The stay is located 8km away from the town centre. the scenery of the location is absolutely beautiful ❤️. the property has cottage for various groups and there is a natural waterfall just behind it. The food provided is good and tasty 😋. The WiFi was not functional and the room service was average. Apart from that everything was just perfect

Pathetic service utter waste of money better to stay in tents food is waste and service is worst , No proper staff , No proper management rooms are pathetic and smelly

we had a good experience in this hotel, It is located in the middle of nature, jerri water falls atmosphere was so good and this is best place for mind refreshing and more thing supportive staff, and good ambience. Foods are delicious.

The food was average. We ordered starters etc. We had ordered khichdi which was amazing 🤩 The staff was very quick and efficient. The service, location and facilities were great. The view was amazing 😍 with a inhouse running water fall which give such serene feel. And then there is the stream running at the back, you can hear the water all day and feel so close to nature I have told this to the keepers as well.

Property is on main road, rooms are maintained.... staff are courteous... most important they have their own waterfall.... accessibility to waterfall is neat and safe... awesome experience One person who made my experience good is their manager Mr Maddeppa

Properties location was nice however the room was dirty when we got in, not as hygienic as we thought. Had breakfast there for 2 days it was average.

We stayed there for 3 nights. For some strange reason we were given 2 rooms by make my trip. One of the rooms had a foul smell. Even after the cleaning was done, the smell continued. There is no prompt room service. When we asked for water, they said the guys were busy with dinner arrangements. No hot water...only lukewarm water available. The breakfast is okay. The food is not that great, so it’s better to eat out and come back to only sleep. Overall an okay experience.

Resort is well located amidst nature with natural water fall But hygiene is not ok . Plates were dirty , even area is not kept clean. Dirty utensils keep lying , they don’t pick up . Even on our bill manager at reception had cut the total price and increased amount was written and on checking trying to cover up by saying a calculation mistake . Where as it was clearly cut and written . So tried to cheat us .
