Food is pathetic, not much variety. No internet from evening. Property location is good. Services are OK. Property is old.

Property & it's location is very good. Food, amenities & services were very poor.

It was an amazing experience staying at serene woods.Big size room more than expectation. Very well maintained, it's surprising to see all the arrangements in the midst of the Forrest. I have never seen these many activities at one place. All Card games, Board games, Projector screen, Pool ..... and what not. Location of the resort is exceptionally eye catching. But last 2km road is very hard to drive. Visitors must be mindful of it. Completely safe but follow manager's instructions. Cleanliness properly maintained. Food service good, taste good, The Ashokkaka one of the staff member is unbelievably dedicated towards guest and resort, Each and every business must have this type of employ. Manager is also very cooperative and supportive.

I am really happy with the stay, the food was good, and there was good hospitality. I would definitely love to visit again.

The cottages are good, the rooms were clean and the customer service is really excellent. The food is also above average. The only thing we should know is the last 500 mtrs to come to the property is really challenging, if you are a noob driver then do not attempt.

Stay was good. Place is beautiful. View from cottage is awesome for nature lovers. Food is good. Staff are very well behaved and polite. Only concern is no room service available. Only starter and beverage can be ordered but by the time it is served, it will be super cold. They don’t serve tea or coffee in kettle so if you are ordering tea or coffee in room. It will be cold by the time it will reach. And food is expensive as compared to the quantity they serve and no outside food is allowed, not even home food. Also road is very near the resort and 250 mtr road before the resort is very steep.

Good staff and a good cook available at the property. Rooms need to be renovated. Bed linen wasn’t changed. Overall nice small property. The plantation is nice and offers a serene surrounding. Good for a day of getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s around 10 mins drive from Madikeri town .

The host and entire staff were super polite and hospitable. The food is very nice, a familiar homely taste.

Locations is very peaceful. But, you should have a own vehicle to reach the resort. Food is just average and can be improved as there are no near by places to walk in. Staff is friendly. Thanks.

The location of this cottage is very good. They have their own coffee estates and a small waterfall which is very beautiful. Those who want to spend quality time must come here. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Food is also very good. Overall it was a nice experience.

Location of the cottage is inside 2km from main road and the roads are very narrow but view from the property and room is amazing, food does have much of variety so average food and bathroom could have more cleaner.

Nice resort. It's located within a coffee estate. The only drawback is the location which is slightly internal.

Pretty average stay. Breakfast which was complementary was very bland, nothing stood out as tasty. Very average spread for 2 days that we stayed. Lunch and dinner that we ordered came out to be home made taste and nothing to complain there. Being summer, we expected to see ac in our rooms but it was missing and also no fan at the restaurant.

Amazing location, great service, even better food❤️ we spent great time at serene woods and the beauty around the room and coorg as a whole was mesmerising.
