The location and the ambience is superb. Surrounded by coffee plantations and forests gives it a authentic nature retreat resort feeling. The rooms are adequately maintained. I did face issue of air conditioner not working, which was addressed by the property owner, and I was given a alternate room. The Sunset view and the evenings are serene. The hospitality and friendly nature of the owners won our hearts over and over again. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very reasonably priced and one must opt for it, to get a authentic taste of the items. overall it is a 4.5/5 stars

Location was fine. Food is ok. Pool was clean. Basic amenities could be much better. Dental kit was not provided. Power socket was not working. Every time the power goes off, we have to call them to turn the generator on. Water pressure in the wash room was extremely low making it very difficult to have a shower. This is very basic and they have to take immediate action to fix these things.

There was power down issues for the 2 days we stayed there. They have generator power backup, but they couldn't run it all the time. They would cut it off for a couple of hours and only upon request they turn it on. However, they did try their best to make us happy by agreeing to our additional requests.

Hi good morning, thank you for showing this hotel in my app, talking on the feedback of stay: overall it was an average stay, cleanliness has to be improved as there was lot of dust underneath the bed and at the corners. We had booked for triple occupancy room, but instead of 3rd bed, we only got a 3rd mattress. Thanks

We book for premium ac suite, but what we got is a room with no ac no power, no one is there to turn on the generator a bad administrator work and no proper break on one as a complimentary. If you going, a family and a kid highly, i don’t recommend this resort. Definitely people will have a terrible experience other than that. Swimming pool and location is good.

Rooms :are clean food : not good, breakfast will be served only after 8:30 am. No towels provided. Pool is clean annoying guests during our stay distributing at night

Location is good. Food is very good. Property is well maintained with greenery and other facilities. The plates and cups are not cleaned, with stains and even the towels provided are not clean. Lot of improvement required in this. Little expensive property considering the quality.

Place was good. Food was very bad and below average. They do not have experienced cooks. Camp fore was good bit still they do not have a better plsce for that. They have constructed quite a lot of rooms now. If this gets occupied it will be a mess and no capacity in kitchen and swimming pool. Swimming pool was ok but not so good. Rooms were clean and good beds. The villa was good. Staff approach and attitude was good. Food was one of the worst experience with a hungry stomach. Appreciate mmt in beautifying and projecting even the worst resorts and home stay in a better wat. This is my second consecutive experience and i have lost my trust indeed. Nothing more to share please.
