Cool and calm place to stay. Lush greenery and silence. Descent rooms and great service.

Location wise it is good, property is not good as I can see in rooms patchs are present in walls, and inside room , smell is also not, food is average there is no complimentary tea and coffee also , they didn't even cleaned swimming pool properly. Really disappointed by booking this property

The villa is huge with normal rooms. I expected alot from rooms but they are normal. No doubt the villa in itself have all the amenities like pool, plantations and even a small lake... So I would rate it a 7 on 10 scale

It's Location is very Good and Mainly the swimming pool and boating area is very good. Rooms are little bit messy or not clean properly but except this all are good.

Rooms and bed were average. Bed is not soft and kind off ok. Powerback and water supply should be ensured at all times. Need to call reception to turn on water pump and turn on generator in case of power cut

Room’s and the nearby ambiance was great, only suffer with not available food’s on time. And apart from them everything was perfect the room, the resort and the swimming pool.

We reached around 6. 15pm the room we booked was not available coz they had given for different family and we have to adjust. At the time we reached it was cold they dint provide us hot beverages, at last we asked them for coffee. They dint provide water for drinking, towels etc nothing is availabe. We have carried water can so managed if not we have to keep on asking for water. Location is superb apart from that nothing was good. Food was very poor and the quantity they give is very less. Stayed for 2 nights we get only north indian food. No local person only assam people stay we know hindi so managed but we met other 2 families they were struggling to communicate with them. One thing it was really disappointed our children, we asked for fire camp but they told to pay extra amt. This includes with the stay but don't know why they charge.

Dear Ma'am, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay with us. All our rooms were ready for check in by 12pm and more over on your arrival we had few rooms unsold so accommodating other family with your room doesn't work here. About the welcome drink, yes we don't provide a welcome drink on arrival, our property is basic property with less price so expecting 3 star or 5 star treatment with that price is not possible. Regarding drinking water in each room we provide 1 ltr of complimentary water. About the food quantity we provide food in normal hotel standard size cutlery. About the staff we have Assamese, nepali, malayalee & kannadiga staff We don't provide complimentary campfire for any booking through MMT or any online portal. We have never mentioned about complimentary campfire anywhere in MMT or any online portal.

Service is not at all satisfying

familyThe property was ok. But they really need to step up with their service. Had to call the caretaker for everything as things were not kept in room like towels mugs etc. Wifi was not available in room and we had to sit in the corridor to get wifi that too suffering the mosquito bites.
