Propertynis reasonably clean and decent. However we had experienced dogs barking both nights very loudly. There is nothing can be done about it since its outside the property. Otherwise stay is good

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Madikeri. The place was spacious, spotless, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing retreat. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the stunning scenic view right from the property, which made every morning feel magical. Good , clean and decent property. Near to market and attractions. Has ample amount of parking space, rooms were good, kitchen had everything to prepare food ,warm and helpful hosts. Overall a comfortable stay.

I'm from kerala and i visited mysore and coorg between 22 to 25 december and stayed in giri nivas coorg from 23rd dc to 25 dc and the stay was excellent. Me and my family loved the homestay. Rooms were extra spacious. Owner was very good and all required amenities were available. Extra clean rooms and washrooms good parking. Nice view good ambience. Calm and cool stay. Even swiggy reaches at doorstep of this homestay. Excellent value for money & great experience

The house is good and excellent for a family trip. The host was so helpful. Food is not available though, except tea/coffee, and has to be ordered from outside or self cooked in the well equipped kitchen. Blankets were inadequate. Had few big blankets and rest were small baby blankets. Not enough for the 3 beds provided. Biggest problem was poor wifi and so not at all recommended for workaction. The wifi signal in our unit was very very poor and fluctuating. I intended to attend a few meetings on one of the day but i couldn't. Please provide strong reliable wifi if you want it professionals coming for extended stays, because i would love to come and stay for a week and work from there.

The stay is very near to madikeri town. So all the attractions are in near proximity. The stay is spacious and clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very satisfying visit

The location has a natural setting which felt refreshing. The owner were friendly. Services like wifi was available. The owner provides tea at minimal cost. It was nice and clean environment for a family.

The property girinivas was as awesome as reviewed before deciding to finalize this home stay. Ambience, hospitality and space everything justified the trip to this staycation. Host were as friendly as reviewed by many other user’s. Recommended for those planning in near future. Also all tourist spots are nearby this homestay.

We traveled as a family, it was a good experience. We were treated well. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Extra beds are also available. The overall experience was an excellent stay.

The stay was in the perfect place, the view was amazing and about the stay inside it was very beautiful, very spacious, good looking and clean, after we enter into the stay we felt very good just like our home, and the caretaker and owner was very friendly and was supportive. Have space for parking and was very cost effective.
