Not a very good experience overall. First of all we reached at 1.30 and there was no hot water available in the washroom. They brought a heating coil but that didn't fit in any of the plug points and they didn't even have an adaptor. Next and the most terrible thing was that there were bed bugs in my room. I was barely able to sleep the whole night. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

when I went to Hill View hotel he changed my hotel because this hotels maintenance problem so so do not book this hotel anyone

Very much Budgeted, The stay was peaceful and we infact extended another day. the staff was very polite and rooms were upto the mark. one switch board wasn't working, please check that

Waste of money. Make my trip charged 3500 per night but they don’t have at least hot water facility and drink water facility. There is no cleanses of the bed sheets

Location is good but this hotel does not have a lift. Staff is also limited but very supportive. Room quality is just ok. There was an issue of water in washrooms in my room. Room was clean but doesnt have ac, it just has a wall fan.

Rooms are pathetic, smell of rats urine waste, rats roam around u freely, beds are homes of the rats, cockroaches, bed bugs etc. We changed 3 rooms but it was a total disaster by booking this hotel, we paid for 3 nights

Overall room was neat spacious and clean no power backup and forcibly i have to waste 3-4 buckets of water to get hot water

Very nice hotel and hotel staff and boys are also good. I like this hotel.

Rooms were over priced. Not as shown on pictures. Not so clean. No drinking water provided. No hot water to shower especially when the trip location was a cold place despite of complaining multiple times there was no help about it. We went to then multiple times asking about it disgusted. . The rats were inside the room they nibbled on our things

Actually, their is no food inside the hotel. Their is no lift. Stair case width is spacious. Bed shet and pillow cover and blankets are not properly clean.

The stay was very bad the hotel was under renovation the main entrance was very dirty and full of dust there was no one in the reception when i called them they said just wait we will send someone and for parking they said to park opposite to the hotel on the main road or some where else which was very bad in the room the there was nothing had to ask for everything towels water kettle no tv was working the experience was very bad and the price was very high too the worst was linen which was used was dirty and the bed was so soft it would give u back pain when u get up think before you book.

Good staff, Rooms are quite big nd have a hill view. Located in the market place with lot of eating options available within 1 km. The owner runs a cloud kitchen too. It was a lovely stay nd value fr money.

As stay was quite gud, genuine pricing and good hospitality.

The rooms are not good; there is no lift and tv. Bed seats are also not properly clean. There is no restaurant so if you need something to eat or drink you must go to the market. Location is near by the madikeri bus stand.

Worst decision to choose this hotel for the stay. Of course, the view from window was good but beds are fully filled with large numbers of bed bugs. Do not prefer! i was bitten by atleast 50-100 bed bugs and some bites are painful and bleeding at times.

The hotel located in city behind bus stop hotel is famous in madikeri town but room which provided no set of box with tv no tea coffee set only electrical kettle bed sheet cove is not clean overall ok ok rooms and hotel staff is co-operative

Yes it was really good experience, as it was out first time going on a trip with friends it felt amazing. The stay was clean and well maintained. Staff was available when required. Overall a good experience. No
