This is a lovely little homestay nestled in the narrow, winding lanes of Madikeri town. The rooms are clean, well maintained and also there enough parking space. The most attractive feature being the patio area which is filled with tons of beautiful and well maintained plants

I loved the property. it was on a quiet location with no intervention. There was no food options available, but can order from local nearby restaurant or directly or through swiggy Zomato. rooms were clean and has parking space for 2 cars.

There was no cook available in this property but when we go to booking there was shown that one caretaker and one cook was available for us. The caretaker is a auto driver in a profession he will drive auto full day if any problem then call him and he will come after few minute's. The room quality is not good at all as the price. Thank you

Hi, you need to check the detail in the website before booing, we hae not mentioned any cook available in the property, you cannot asume and exepct thing which we have not mentioned. our property is a budget friendly stay & cant expect 5 star facilities in this price.

The place was nice and clean, the caretaker was trying to get more money from us by asking us to take his rickshaw. It is a little tricky to come to the stay by following the google maps as it takes us to a dead end.

coupleIt's more like a lodge with 0 service offered than a homestay owner wasn't available auto driver was the caretaker they don't even provide water very difficult to locate no nearby shops it's a 0 star rated lodge

Hi, Our stay is a very budget frindly homestay with basic facilities, you cant expect 5 star facilities for the price we charge, our place is in the residential area with calm surroundings, usually homestay will be located in these areas, not in a over crowded place.my self and our staff are just a phone call away to meet all guest needs.
