Y worst experience with makemy trip. Last moment cancellation of the property Stone Hill Villa after this instead of giving me a good property they gave the options which were not good at all. As all the hotels in Madikeri and surrounding were sold-out I was left with no options to go ahead with Hotel Airavata. Location wise property was good.As it was nearby to some of the spots. Rooms were not upto the mark. Rooms were big but not clean. Bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty there were stains & fungus on it after complaining 2 time it was not changed. Towels and bath items were not offered first. It was given when we asked for it. My stay was for 2 nights and they us 1 towel for 1 person for 2 days also the biserli water they gave us only 2 bottles ( ltr) for 2 nights 3 days. Breakfast which they gave us was good. I will just appreciate Ms Kratika Verma efforts that she was continuously following with me for hotel change. Last moment cancellation not able to give me s better stay options. Ruined my mysore tour because of this as I was continuously on call with the support team and also checking by myself for a good property.

It was very good and nice experience, pleasent stay very near to raja seat park and cuts a family stay and owner is very nice person and most recommended, enjoyed a stay with all amenities
