Coorg Red Stone Villas

The Balcony View Room in which we stayed has Nice view of the valley and a Road. Good ventilation and Nice bed. Property is near to the Main Road and Shops. We had breakfast for 3 of us (including 2 yrs kid) for Rs. 300/- which is worth having at the property. Rom service is prompt. Only thing we didn't like was the Food we had through Room service.. They got it from some nearby restaurant it seems and it's just average. Other than this, It's worth staying at the property

Need to be maintained the rooms and bathrooms.

Everything was good they have to maintain the breakfast timings at least 7 am to move the person after having breakfast to see the places to maintain the best timings

This is a very average hotel. The main advantage is very close to the main road

As per the amount we paid, hospitality is not upto the mark. Breakfast we can have more option as the menu is same for all days. Basic toiletries is not provided in the room. Wifi speed is very weak and not working/ all these issues can be addressed and it had made the stay more comfortable

The hotel been so nice ambience also good. They provided fire camp and all maintainance also good. It was so near to tourist attractions

Location - good. Linens - given unwashed and dirty linens. Towels are torn. After much persuasion they changed the linens. Bed - unclean and dirty. Mattress- very old and springs spikes can be felt and give a worse back ache. Room service - no operational restaurant though mm t mentions room service is there. We had to wait 1 hour for tea and room service not available before 7:30 am. Breakfast - they serve breakfast bringing from outside. Only idli, medu vada, up-ma is there and served cold. Only 1 hour they serve and also the items got over even if we were on time. Absolutely not recommended for a family. They charge so much like 5k plus per day but basic amenities are with issues. Mm t customer care is also very pathetic.

Breakfast not good and rooms are neatly maintained. There is no restaurant at hotel so we need to go out and find restaurant for dinner.

I had a great time at the resort! it's in a quiet spot just a short walk from the main road, so it's peaceful but still easy to get around. The staff were really nice and helpful, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out late at night. They helped us organize a jeep tour and said they could arrange a bonfire if we wanted. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay, and i'd definitely recommend it to others.

Stay was decent, wardrobe was shaky and old one. Feels like it might break or fall down if heavy luggage is kept in it. It is same issue in both rooms we booked. Breakfast was good. Tea or coffee ate chargeable after breakfasts. Beds are too noisy coz of old spring mattress

Need to concentrate: the property badly needs a renovation. All the interior and furnitures need to be serviced. Rooms need to be cleaned and painted. Positives: room service was very helpful and customer friend throughout my stay. The location is near to all important spots of madikeri main.

Worst experience never book this place they might cancel your stay anytime … worst customer service.
