Our stay at this property was disappointing. The room was extremely compact, leaving no comfortable space to move around. In addition, the hygiene standards were very poor, which made the stay uncomfortable for our family. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this property.

I had expected a pleasant stay at the Glasshouse property, but it turned into a complete nightmare from the moment I checked in. The curtains were stained with rust marks, and the bed along with the blanket looked unwashed and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the room was infested with insects. As night fell, it became unbearable – there were leeches, ants, and other small insects crawling everywhere. We couldn’t sleep at all due to this highly uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property and I’ll request makemytrip to refund fully my paid amount for the stay.

I had the most serene and calming stay at this nature retreat! Surrounded by pure nature, it was such a peaceful escape from the city hustle. The caretaker served delicious food, and since I had called them before reaching their communication about food timings was helpful to plan my dinner. Highly recommend for a truly peaceful getaway! Tips- Call them before reaching for food arrangement as they don't have a restaurant.

The property is not well-maintained. While the location is beautiful, the rooms are not clean at all. Since it’s in a forest area, there are many insects and unusual bugs. The washrooms were also not very clean — we even saw snails and cockroaches. However, the bedsheets were clean, which was a relief. We had breakfast at the property, and the food (mainly bread omelette and Maggi) was actually great — I really enjoyed it. But apart from the food, nothing else left a good impression. The hygiene standards could definitely be improved. If you’re on a tight budget and plan to spend most of your day exploring, and just need a place to crash at night, this place might work for you. Otherwise, you’ll find better-maintained options elsewhere.

Very hot glass stay..there is no Ac & no ventilation for air..poor service..had a bad experience..please don’t waste your money..

Its was an excellent experience in stay, good behaviour and kind of care taker, breakfast was excellent and tasty just enjoyed it

-service was not proper only 1 staff to look for all the guests -Heater was not working &hand sanitizer was not working -washroom door was not getting closed properly

The experience was so worst that we didn't stayed and checked out on the same day. The glass house is not for staying during day time or summer. It doesn't have proper ventilation or air con. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.

The stay location is very good. But the glass house that they have mentioned is maintained very badly. If you enter the glass house you will get a bad smell which generally comes from a place which has been locked for some time. The curtains are very dirty with spots all around. The floor creaks. At night if you switch on the lights the insects will creep around and enter the glass house. Overall a very terrible experience.

The experience was pretty average. The property was not as clean as one would expect. The glasshouse is very small and unclean. The curtains were dirty as well. The glasshouse gets so hot during day time that we had to shift to another deck area below the glass house. The gallery/deck area was not clean and well maintained. There was somebody standing outside our room at night, we could hear footsteps and saw cigarette marks in the morning. The only good thing about the property is the staffs who were polite. This place doesn’t have a kitchen, however the staffs arranged food as per choice. The experience could have been great if the property was clean, well maintained, if they work on creating a better ambience with a little mood lighting, music etc.

Location is awesome for rainy and winter season. Glass rooms are not meant for summer season as they get too hot inside and it's unbearable inside the room due to heat. Rest location is awesome as you will see jug-nus covered all over the location at night.

I wanted a breakaway from my hectic schedule and must say what a beautiful place I ended up at very Unique stay , felt safe with the hosts Glass house one of my best experience

Beautiful place specially for couples. Food and room service was excellent. Staff members were very kind. Had a great experience.

A very stay surrounded with nature at its best. Best part is you have a lot of privacy as there are just 4 cottages in their property. The staff have been really good

This place is just for picture clicking not for stay no electricity at night, no hot water, dirty curtains, no wi-fi only the location is good

Really love the premises. The staff were very polite. Its 10km away from madikeri city it takes around 15-20mins to reach the stay. The vibe of this place is more enjoyable during morning and evening time. It was a decent stay for hs. Must try.

Good food, well maintained bathrooms & capsules rooms with good view. bedsheets could be more thick to withstand temperature. friendly staffs. be careful while driving to this stay becoz roads are more steepy!

Rooms and toilets are not fully cleaned, too much mosquitoes in the property
