Location, ambience,food, service, etc everything was very good

Highly Disappointed with the Stay – Not Worth the Price Though I had booked one suite and was told I was “upgraded,” the room didn’t feel like a suite at all. The mini bar was completely empty, the open shower area was dirty, and even the washroom lacked cleanliness. The overall ambience didn’t match the pictures shown online — those images are far more appealing than the reality. The food experience was equally poor. There was a massive rush during mealtime, and the staff seemed unable to manage it. We had to wait endlessly for our orders — even a single drink took over 30 minutes to arrive. The quality of the food was below average. For dinner we first ordered pizza, only to be told after 20 minutes that it wasn’t available. The pasta we finally received was bland and disappointing. There were very few activities, and honestly, if you plan to stay for two days, you’ll run out of things to do by the first day itself. We even requested a resort tour by buggy, but the staff kept making excuses, saying all were busy. For the amount paid, I expected a luxurious and well-managed experience. Sadly, this felt overcrowded, poorly organized, and not worth the price. Definitely not the 5-star experience it claims to be.

The experience was awesome and the food was amazing. Hope to visit again.

Rosetta Sakleshpur was a very pleasant and serene stay in the lap of nature. The property was very beautiful and it was a dream to have a morning or evening walk. The staff was very helpful, courteous and polite. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a luxury stay in the midst of the forest.

Absolute fantastic stay amidst nature , caring staff and sumptuous food. All aspects of a quality holiday with family are covered, the moment you step in the resort. The humble nature of the staff from the buggy driver to the reception staff to the restaurant manager was a fresh scent in today's world. The rooms are well managed , the kids activity room is amazing and has different activities to keep them engaged . There are 3 restaurants and all of them served delicious food. walks among nature trail and duck/fish feeding activities are really enjoyable by the ids. overall value for money

The property is very well maintained, amazing nature experience. Well suited for relaxation and away from all the traffic life and coming the food was really good and customised and staffs and chefs were very co operative.

Our stay at Rosetta Sakleshpur was very relaxing and peaceful. We were there over a long weekend. The check-in process was easy. The welcoming by the staff was warm and courteous. The suite was huge and had all amenities. Would have liked it more if the tv had Netflix and Prime apps. The food buffet had a lot of variety, different cuisines and it was all delicious. Amidst the nature, this huge campus is such a wonderful getaway from the city rut. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Resort is beautiful full of greens everywhere . Hospitallity is very good.

Wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the weather there. Hospitality at its peak. Food was great.

The property was excellent, didn’t find any need to step out of the resort at all. Stayed at the Teak suite. Room was great, spacious, lovely view of the plantation in the balcony. There was a living room with a kitchenette, and outdoor shower was a novelty. The property itself was sprawling, with a lake in the centre. Great variety of flora and fauna. Felt very safe within the property. Activity club was very well equipped and very well maintained. Spa services were very professional and relaxing. Both restaurants (Amish and Teatro) had lovely food, but non veg available only at Teatro. Staff were very courteous and polite. Pool was large and well maintained. Drawbacks: on our first night, a corporate retreat hosted a party and the noise was so loud it reached our room and gave us a headache. The partying went on till 11 pm, it was very jarring. Also, reception / guest services etc did not pick up the phone post 10 pm ish. Switchboards in the room were confusing, and some plug points didn’t work.

Property was very beautiful and relaxing. Food spread in buffet was also great, curries tasty can be improved in buffet. Bathroom cud be better maintained.

It was my Birthday which I wanted to spend with my family at Rosetta. The property is exceptionally good. The food is fabulous. The behavior of the staffs were very courteous. I would like to mention three names Ms Divya, Ms Nethra and Ms Maan, they were really good and always greeted us with a smile. The activity center will keep you engaged throughout your stay. My kid enjoyed the Duck and Fish feeding activity. Would definitely come and visit this property again.

Excellent resort. Great services . Special mention about the staff who made sure we have comfortable stay. It's a big property which is nicely maintained. Everything thoughtfully designed. The wooden golden theme is so nice. The nature walk, duck feeding were the activities my daughter enjoyed a lot. Food is excellent . Overall a great stay

Food was very average. We had buffet as part of booking package and till 3.30pm that day. We reached resto at 2.50pm and food was over.. I had to request the manager in charge to pls get some food which he then obliged but how come a customer had to even ask for it.. why have the buffet timings till 3.30 when it all gets over anyway before an hour almost. Sadly similar things repeated for in-room dining, food served dead cold despite ordering at 6.30 pm itself! Rest property is okay, kids activities can be increased and made more engaging. Nothing for adults to do so good scope of improvement there too!

It was really superb after a long time a perfect resort experience with great location and well maintained rooms amist nature and its calmness. Food was too not h and so were the services.
