it was an excellent experience staying ahaaan villa. beautiful rooms amidst the plantation and excellent view too. jus 6kms to Madikeri, very accessible place and a peaceful place. worthy for family stay..kids enjoyed to the core.Hospital management team doing a wonderful job and Mr.Akshit you are one wonderful man.. amazing support from u and team..the total management did a wonderful job in hosting us. keep up the good work. thanks Raj

familyProperty is nice but the service was terrible. There are 2 caretakers in the villa who are not bothered atol to provide any help. Negatives are as below- rooms will be very dirty. No cleaning service. In the rain spiders were coning all around the room but no one cared to clean it even in 2 nights of my stay. No cook is available so you need to arrange your food somehow on the remote place. Most sad thing was that the power back up is not there or the care taker does not power on the power backup. In the morning itcwas hot and there was no power backup. The power went there 2 times while my stay. The caretakers will not care or respond to these things. They were saying the power will come back in 5 minutes but it took around 30 mnts. Even we had to ask fir water so many times. There were no one to provide water bottles in the room. Overall the maintenance, cleanliness and service is very poor.
