Me and wife choose for our 1st year anniversary ,Man it did not disappoint at all. We were lucky enough I would say as we had the whole resort for our stay as it was jus us. The Ambience lit up during sun down. The Lakeview, surrounded by lush Greenary. The rooms were very neat and clean , especially the restroom as I was surprised the way it's maintained. I would definitely give it 5 star for its rooms alone. It's a beautiful and Amazing Place. The food was really good , took me by surprise due to various stays iv been in. Kudos to the chef and the caretakers. Radhika was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything, Manoj was 24/7 around to make sure. Worth the money I spent for the trip. Thank you guys for making a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Villa Katipadu and honestly couldn't find a single thing to complain about. The property is scenic, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. The swimming pool was spotless, and we loved the collection of books and games available for guests. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always eager to make our stay even more enjoyable. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the villa, and every meal was freshly prepared, served hot, and absolutely delicious. Overall, Villa Katipadu is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway away from the city's hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!

We were disappointed with the food experience. We had asked the team if we could have a barbecue and offered to pay extra. Initially, they promised this would be arranged, but later on they allowed barbecue service only for a larger group that arrived afterward, while we were denied it despite the earlier commitment. On the positive side, the staff were polite and behaved well. However, there was also an issue with our room lock—it was broken. We were told it couldn’t be fixed until the next day.

The property is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, the food quality and hygiene need some improvement, as we noticed quite a few insects around the food. There were also a significant number of mosquitoes on the property. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The location of the Villa, the decor of the place and the vibe of the host and the staff is amazing. The place is in between a home stay and a starred Villa Katipadu. You can choose the food you want and have excellent service. The approach from Bangalore is also all good. It was a lovely experience for us.
