property is not good maintenance there is no TV. not good to park car also property is not good maintenance

Location is good and hospitality is also good

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The hospitality was first-rate. It felt like home, and the home-cooked cuisine was amazing. The surroundings of the hotel had an amazing view. They regarded Mrs. Radha and Mr. Morvin like members of their family. We heartily endorse this establishment. The pets were really amiable.

good experience staying

We were a small family of 3 with a pet. We were looking for a reasonable pet friendly property and yellow gate did suit us. Though the approaching road is slippery due to heavy rains as we need to walk some 100 meters incline which we got used to at a later time. The food was amazing and the cottage was ok considering the amount we paid. The view from the cottage was breathtaking and it felt like we were surrounded by mother nature. I would recommend this place to those who are travel-ling with pets since the cottage had accommodation for 9 adults and it's not well maintained due to heavy rains but one will ignore the amenities we expect in front of the surrounding view

Yellow gate home stay is located at very convinent place. With lush green country side feel you can really relax. Caretakers are very good at hospitality. However, there is scope for improvement in the home stay. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.👍

Not suitable for families, basic facilities and infrastructure were missing. But, had good food experience. Horrible path to walk at entry, room looks ok to stay with many different creatures, also not hygienic. Bathroom has a big window open. Rooms doesn't have proper locks. Room ceilings are open and there is no much privacy/seperation between 2 rooms. Old fashioned partitions, which has big see through gaps. These rooms are not suitable for families, but ok for batchelors. However homely food prepared by radha aunty was good.

The view of the location is good

The homestay is good but parking is very difficult. Merwin sir and family treated us with a great dinner and breakfast. Good gesture from them towards the guests.

I have stayed at dozen of homestay in india this was on the top of the list of best. It has fresh floating water inside the property. Camp fire at night my kids loved it. Radha aunty chi-ken curry yummy. It's more than 5star nature lover must stay place at-least for a day

Marwin, his wife and their dogs are amazing hosts. The place can sleep more than you can imagine almost 12 ppl. The food you get is local coorg food with amazing taste and to top it off the home made wine. Could do better with wifi, but then it is only a minor glitch for vacationers. Loved everything about the place people and the lovely dogs

This was a good experience with friends, the location was nice, rooms were clean and comfortable with all amenities, food was very delicious, but no guard was there to take care of the property, apart from this everything was nice and I will recommend this property to all.
