Terrible stay

Pros 1) easy to find, location on maps is exact 2) looks good from outside 3) has a good view from the terrace 4) owner provided complimentary breakfast on checkout cons 1) bed bugs 2) ants in the washroom an open ventilation vents, which causes mosquitoes to enter at night 3) no caretaker, as mentioned. 4) asked owner to provide a solution for insects at night, he didn't provide any solution till next day. Even on next day, he just kept a hit spray behind plants outside the gate which we noticed on our checkout, didn't notify us about it. 5) water from ro was very bad (360 tds. We had to buy water bottles from market 6) utensils were dirty, we tried getting a soap and scrub to clean them for use but of no use. 7) very few charging points 8) balcony access was denied, the door was locked. 9) parking space is available for only 1 car, rest have to park outside on road better chose any resort, as this stay wasn't up to the mark for the cost we paid. We traveled as a group of 4 and we had a 1 yr old baby with us, had a horrible experience because of the bugs and insects.

The stay was excellent, mr. Pawan the host is more like a friend rather than the host. The property was excellently located and host was so warm and welcoming. He briefed us about the local places and took us personally to the best off road location he could. This was an amazing experience and i can guarantee i come to coorg i am meeting you again pawan. The roof top location was amazing to have a view of madikeri city

Pavan is great host and very cooperative. Helped us through t our reaching location to arranging requesite. We stayed for 3 night it has kitchen and serves home made wine from his own farm at extra paid basis. Very peasuful location, great host.

Hopitality of the owner pavan is very awesome. He cares about guest and help them to get things easily. We experienced a homestay in coorg homeland. Kitchnet facility are very good, we get auro water, oven, gas, refrigerator which helped us to have food without stepping out of homeland. He also dropped us back to bus stand while leaving. He shares the google map locations of the places to visit in and around the madikere. And also provide guidance to rent a vehical. Overall enjoyed and appreciate the stay in coorg homeland!

Caretaker mr. Pawan is very nice and decent person, he guided us and taken care well, we asked to fit in one additional personal at last minute and arranged extra bed for him, also he arranged breakfast for us specially as we requested, the room is good and clean, kitchen has basic facilities for light cooking, hot water all time. He owns a good mahindra jeep and took us for a ride to mandalpatti scenic spot,
