I was disappointed with the room conditions -it was not clean, and the toilet was unhygienic. No soap or shampoo was provided for the morning bath. Moreover, although my booking included breakfast, I was only given a cup of tea

ac was not working properly 3bed against given only 2bed, Washroom was not clea ac was not working properly 3bed against given only 2bed, Washroom was not clean

No hot water in bathroom room was not clean and staff was not cooperating

Room is ok ok & no restaurant in hotel but they arrenge it out side. my experience is not good but not bad also.

First of all properties have any cool care taker No mantain cleaning

There was a mouse in washroom. And they were tried to charge me more. Poorly cleaned washroom. Pros: prime locality

Not suggest for family’s if you are alone you can adjust ........

Poor housekeeping in room, bathroom, washbasin, toilet, when i asking stay policy they din-eyed to show

It is safe for girls, the way they received and the way their services were offered, It s really safe for females and food is good with affordable price

Extremely disappointing experience!! The hotel pictures uploaded are deceiving! The room was full of cockroaches 🪳 and the bathroom was in terrible condition, looked as if it wasn't cleaned since ages. The toilet flush was not working, there was no water jet, no exhaust outlet. We had to flush 💩 using a bucket of water. Never ever book a room here even if it is for a short stay. The railway station waiting room is a better option than Hotel Metropole.

I went for a 3 day stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy check-in process. Faced little issues with the room. I was in room 01. It had no ventilation this without ac you can't stay there for 5 minutes. The washroom hand shower was leaking this the bathroom floor was wet all the time. Very hard pillows and an average blanket with holes in it.Rest the staff was good, the location was good. Good connectivity. Everything was good except few issues in the room

No ventilation in the room and bathroom, door mats were wet and bedsheets were not good. All walls were damp and very smelly

the hotel is in real bad shape....small room size....very bad interiors...in fact no interiors at all...no lift...had to climb two floors....bathroom is in a mess too

The location is good, it is near to ahemdabad railway station and also shopping areas like ratanpole, lal darwaza are at 600meters. Cleanliness is not adequate and washroom facilities are very poor, enter the room only after verifying the washroom. Good if you just want to stay for a night and leave. Quite in budget and also staff is very supportive

Average location with average food and facilities. Should be better on cleaning and quality food.

Previously i stayed there for two night and paid the same amount for a good ac room and the better conditions. But this time gave me a below average room with a bad condition washroom. When i asked them why they said our prices were fluctuating some time that is why you get this room. I will never come back to that place.

Just ok. Location is good. Manager a bit arrogant. Staffs are good. Amenities poor. Bathroom -poor condition.

Spitted on the corner of the wall, cockroaches in room, low quality bedsheets, no hook to hang cloths in room deemed lite not available, 2 tap with water leakage/wastage, washroom with poor conditions, receptionist are not interested to resolve any issue or guide you how to travel or where to etc.
