deluxe room is very small high rate photos uploaded are fake.

No buffet for breakfast .. no tea coffee maker in the room.. room size was very very small .... Bathroom size was also very small

This hotel was on a fifth floor common use building on a highway. The ground floor has many restaurants for dine in. The in-house restaurant is fair enough. The smoking smell spreads across different rooms via bathroom ventilation. The hotel has a good spacious suite. The manager and staff were kind. Telecom does not work well.

Extremely small room even at the given price point. Literally smelling like an ashtray due to secondhand smoke.

overall good stay at Hotel. Room and large & clean. Food facility near location is very good and atmosphere is awesome.

The hotel's location is favorable, however, the quality of its food is substandard and the rooms are not clean.

this property is easy to locate. Food is average. they have in house vegetarian restaurant. services are ok. The room's interior is good. storage is also good. The worst thing is bathrooms. This was my second stay at this property and to my surprise all their bathroom either have translucent walls or a glass wall with a curtain. Also I have paid extra for to upgrade the room did not come with a split AC instead it was an AC duct from central AC system it took very long to cool the room. Also there were a lot of rats in the duct which turned my stay into nightmare. They probably have small refrigerator in each room but all when are not maintained weel no proper hygiene is maintained. even TV was also not working. Overall I regret why I have wasted my money for such a pathetic property. I don't understand why this hotel has high rattings.

it was nuce and comfortable. food was also nice overall it was a good stay and very convenient. was there for one day only they didn't even remind for check out everything happend smoothly

Hotel was good but only disappointment they provide torn towel to me although its good they changed it in one call but before providing hotel amenity they shuould check its condition...disapointment

It is not Orchid and taken over by some other management. Suffocating and smelly rooms.. the room was next to reception and all the time noisy..

1. *location: the locality of the hotel is not good, it is so far from the airport and the hotel is only one floor in the whole building out of 8 floors. 2. *cleanliness: cleanliness is also average but rooms are smelling. 3. *service: service is good and attentive. 4. *amenities: amenities wise good. 5. *value for money: as per the above review you may feel disappointed. As per facility and services cost is very high.

It was nice and clean room but a bit con-gusted space overall it was good stayrecomanded for a 1 day stay cleaninness was good accomondaion was good

Lift and surrounding is not clean properly and other silly silly things not available. They can maintain well as they are charging
